The same thing I said to my client and she reacted like I know nothing about law and I am just taking her case to fill my pockets....and I got her reaction and I told her to hire another lawyer who will pretend to know everything...... it's been 1.5 years of her filing the suit and her lawyer is not able to make summon served on the opposite party 😂 recently she came again and apologized for her actions and I still denied to take her case 😅. Once my senior told me that honesty pays off and I felt the same when she again approached me.

The benefit of courts not accepting voice recording can be a good thing as well. For eg if someone editted your voice with AI which is very easy nowadays. You can make any text sound like a singer like Taylor Swift is singing just by using AI. With enough voice recordings a sample data can be made and used against individuals as well.

You can't do call recording without letting other person. If in the beginning of the call it says this call is being recorded, and the person whome you are talking to has no objection then it is ok. Otherwise it is illegal to record a call without letting the person whome you are talking to.

Prevention is better than cure.. always stay safe.. never go into dark alley's or unknown route.. always keep distance from modern women.. and always run recording in your phone.. it is better than nothing

You can do that also. Have a call details record from telecom operator. Next base your arguments where you can pick pieces from the recording. That is far easier to prove. Dont just take the recording and place it as prove.

It cannot be directly treated as evidence but in some cases call recordings have been used to prove another piece of evidence or substantiate some other evidence.

For call recording, the call timings will corroborate the recordings atleast to time, only content part is left.

It's applied to voice recordings.. For call recordings, check the call time and duration and ask court to get it from the Telephone company for evidence. If you say I recorded, you are accepting a crime to violate other's privacy.

Couldn't we, with proper permissions, ask the telecom provider to provide the court with appropriate recordings of parties involved!? I'm also assuming that is not going to be an easy task!

But call recordings have a record of date, time and duration and this record can be availed from the network provider as well to cross verify the legitimacy of the claim. If the recording is present in the original phone with same duration and date & time stamp, shouldn't it be admissible in the court? Also calls recorded without consent are not admissible if I am not wrong? And if you ask for consent the opposition will never tell the truth.
