Move forward while throwing it your own momentum will add to the c4, aim high, then aim a little higher, crouch if the ceiling or any hanging objects are too low.

It’s the fov (field of view) on pc that makes it look like it goes so far, when u increase ur fov is turned up, you can see more to ur left and right but everything in front of you seems farther than it actually is.

It appears to go farther on pc because we had a higher fov at a time which made it appear like things were farther away and on top of that we have stretch ress(custom resolution most common being 4:3 and 16:10 which are more stretched horizontally than what 16:9 default is and which makes things appear faster as well but yea it’s the same distance but it also helps to put a little momentum into it by uncrouching and walking in the direction your throwing it in making it go farther

Thats because on pc where they usually have their fov(field of view) on 90, so it looks like they throw it further even though they threw it the same distance as a console player . Their game is basically just more zoomed out.

It's not a bug. It's called crouch hopping. C4 button + crouch + uncrouch and throw at the same time.

It’s the other way around. It takes a lot of practice to skillfully break a controller by throwing it. If this were about punching, it would go to PC players.
