I bought a product from a genuine wholesaler and they did not have transparency stickers. The guidlines of transparency say that it cant be used to protect the brands listing, and has to be attached to every unit produced. Any idea what to do to get access to the listing?

It can only be the brand owner with the Amazon Brand Registry registration. If you are authorized by the brand and they are enrolled in Transparency, you need to contact the brand (not the wholesaler) and find out who manages transparency for the brand.

Thank you for this. You saved me a headache; I was about to place a PO with an authorized supplier and I asked the sale rep a question about the transparency labels. 10min later She confirmed that theres no label. Now The supplier going back and forth with each other. Thank you for this video but isnt the brand policing the product by not adding the label?

Just to be clear: Amazon requires Transparency on this product, right? It would seem weird that the brand's manufacturer doesn't apply them - it's required by Amazon for participating ASINs and it's how pirated goods are kept out of Amazon. Unless, of course, these are pirated or "ghost shift" items.

I am sorry for not answering back your question. I am now just seeing this, but yes, the product requires the transparency since I received an email for the product being enrolled. I still Haven't heard back from the supplier haha @@LeanMedia
