Why Can't I Get Any Luck When Farming Echoes? ( Wuthering Waves Pistols Only ) 

It's time to finish (kind of) what we started last video, and that is farming echoes for all of my characters. I seem to have taken my bad artifact luck from Genshin to WuWa because we did not get very lucky at all. I'm also running some weird builds again, Hope you enjoy the video.
