This video takes a look at how the relationship between the height of the foot and the tibia bone might have different implications for a person during yoga postures such as child's pose, saddle pose, and even simply being on all fours for your cat cow pose.
Not everyone can be on all fours and "press their shins into the floor" for example.
Here we see two different examples of this, as well as how we might offer prop support to help level this out.
