5:05 id say a bigger issue is that the mode itself inherently lacked replay value. Why did we play classic zombies? Because it was fun. We didn’t need “new content” because the maps themselves were fun to replay
They should have kinder toten the moon map the one with the ice and that dude chasing you whatever his name is lol and the one with the buildings I forget what it's called but that map was fire.
Survival zombies was removed mainly because the mode had a few issues. -The revive system was not good, it literally had a pay to win system in place. -The boss zombies weren’t exactly that interesting Still, good mode but, needs to be polished, and the HUD needs some patches.
@@phoenixbl4ze32 True. Zombies was the mode making them least amount of cash. Id still pay a couple of bucks if they would add new maps, different zombies/animals, bosses and special edition skins.
I’d pay 5 bucks per map for classic zombies or even pay the pass (and I’ve never bought that) just to have it back. It’s about the money which is fine I don’t mind paying.
Honestly undead siege was very disappointing. It was small and it was basically the same thing over and over. Same weapons, same locations, same voicelines, same everything. I think activision honestly should have just made a remastered version of classic zombies, with better improvements.
They could've actually just kept it and kept improving and improving it qe probably would love that I wouldn't even mind if the zombies update took every 2 months undead siege is so boring it's literally just br but worse it doesn't even have good bosses.
Just saying they probably will focus on monetary gains instead of player feed back. I honestly think it be better if they took bo zombies mobile and took those assets and revamp them and make matchmaking better add plenty of maps and keep the endless rounds whilst including a single player for those who go it alone and maybe a BP that would tie over to codm app and add controller support. From the money stand point I'd make the game 6 to 10 dollars and have plenty of grindables like skins weapon blueprints and new skins that would also transfer over to codm like the bacon pack from bo2 or nuketown skins from bo3 there's so much they could do with zombies and they could easily finish up the comics in a cliffhanger and eventually release a campaign 2nd anniversary told me they were capable of making a campaign for mobile the actual actors voices in the game Activision and their capabilities with game design are really good and I know they can do something like that but unfortunately Activision will go for the money than actually giving ppl good content that they'll want to pay for Example: "it'd be so cool for a bo2 themed season with bo2 themed draws" Activision: "what? I mean we could do that buuut how about we give you rainbow sparkle princess woods draw and unicorn sparkle theme battle pass that costs 400$ in total for it all?"

I remember there is actually a cod black zombies only mobile game, but I'm pretty sure it's an abandoned project that no one talks about anymore. I wish, now microsoft, does something with it, but it's unlikely. I wish they just make it a zombies only mode updated with today's phone technology and probably some of the best mobile games on playstore but they missed the potential.
To be real though, Undead Siege is great. I love it. I play it alot of times with my friends to grind the Aether Camo unti we get all of them. It was such a good time. However, I still want to experience the og zombies mode back in the old days. I never got the chance to play it cause I started playing CODM in Season 9 Conquest back in 2020. I was so sad that time that I never got the chance to play it when I found out about it cause it looked so fun. I wish they would bring it back. I really want to know how it feels playing it. Overall, Undead Siege is great, but still, wish og zombies would come back

Undead siege is a disaster... All we ever wanted was the true zombies experience ported to cod mobile but now we have this fortnite save the world copy...
I love Undead Siege, however Classic Zombies needs to just simply come back, or at the very least make Undead Siege fit the bill more by, add more features (weapons, maps etc) need to be added.
I used to play form during the zombies days and the mode just got stale to the point where it was neither challenging nor fun, no one was playing it after a month except the people who wanted to be on zombies survival leaderboard. It became boring.
Man people have dropped thousands and thousands of dollars in this game The least they can do is give ppl what they want Give your players something good in return ( talking about classic zombies mode ) We deserve it ( especially those who spent crazy amounts of money on the game ) They're not idiots they're very capable I'm sure they can make it work.
There's just no hope you know how activision is they only care about the money and zombies wasn't making enough money so they just made multiplayer and br the main target for money even undead siege was trash.

Cod mobile be like: lets bring back classic zombies but they have to pay 10k cod points and make the all guns do .0001 damage and make them pay 500 cod points to get guns
I think they need to make an entire new release for zombies with all the traditional maps. Not in the cod mobile format. I would pay for one similar to the old black ops zombies mobile game which they removed
I think the biggest issue was that they only released one map and made it out like they would release other later on, but never did. Codm took their bad choices for people just not liking the mode, when in reality one map got boring over the course of four months.

I really liked the classic zombies . It's probably 80% of the reason that i even played this game . Uninstalled this game . Not going to play it again until they bring back classic zombies again .

My man, the game was very different and sort of bare bones compared to how it is today. OG zombies were insanely repetitive but so it was the whole game in general. Nowadays we have a Clan Wars, a developed Comic lore, a ton of grindable content, a better BP system and all of this was applied to the release of Undead Siege; a more fun and playable mode with content good enough to motivate people to play it. Back in November 2019 there was no way we could've gotten anything similar to current Codm.
Everything is good, but the undead siege is bad compare to the old zombies. I like the style of zombies we have for COD, a single map that has an eater egg to complete. It's fun.
If you think about it any new and fresh content they drop turns out repetitive no matter how you look at it. So there isn't much difference between back then and now if we're going by that logic.
both classic zombies and undead is repetitive, people complained back in the days that it was repetitive fast forward to today where people complaining about repetitiveness in seige, i think they should keep both modes to satisfy almost everyone, btw i had more fun with undead seige because nightmare is really difficult + good mechanics

I think they saw how much hype they were getting from zombies and they figured that they can slap a hefty price tag on the game download from the play store so that is why they ended classic zombies on mobile.
