This is really great, Rigel! I've heard so much about Copaiba essential oil and what it can do. As far as I know, my mom is sending me some oils with that one included and I can't wait to try it out! Last night I put a drop of Copaiba into my Chamomile tea to help with sleep I also took a serenity soft gel which I take every night and slept REALLY well I will probably be doing this more often :-) I haven’t tried the 1 serenity and 1 Copaiba soft gel yet, I will have to try that in the near future

My mom has fibermyalga and I want to know if this is is good for that. If it is,should I wait intill nighttime to put it on the bottoms of her feet or can I just put it on her legs during the day?
