Hi Sir, without any doubt your knowledge is far better than other renowned Doctors who run their clinics in Tricity i.e. Chandigarh. However, I want to share my concern with you that I had visited your clinic lately for a consultation (Paid) to discuss my revision case. The consultation was pretty concise which made me feel reluctant to clear all of my doubts. Indeed, your price is expensive than others but that is fine, however, being a person who had already been played by another clinic located in the sector 17 Chd. and already lost 2000 grafts, possibly, developed more anxiety and depression to give another try. I hope you will understand the emotions and detailed queries of patients during the consultation which is paid of course while keeping commercial goals aside for the time being.
Sorry to hear you could not clear your doubts. You can come over again. We do not charge for subsequent visits. Most people do not want to hear the truth. Hair loss is so devastating that they wish to believe there is still hope, and hope without following medication protocols. Yes, I charge for in person consultations, but it is nothing compared to the business we turn away by telling the truth! It's not all about commerce. Here you pay upfront for good advice. Somewhere else you may pay later!

Hello sir, I've already done the first sitting in frontal area with 4000 grafts. But I notice nos my crown is getting very thin. Can I do crown transplant in 2nd sitting with some grafts from head and remaining with Beard grafts?
Hello Dr. Bhatti, we have spoken in the past. I'm ready have FUT done this winter season. Although, when you mentioned extracting FUT graphs, a patient will lose 20% of those graphs. Shapiro says they have the procedure down to a 1% failure rate of graphs. Am I missing the % of failure rate here between you & Shapiro?
When I heard the Skype incoming call sound near the end of the video I kept stopping the video to open Skype. I couldn't figure out why I didn't see a caller til the Dr explained it was imbedded in the video audio. LOL. Another great video.
One of the best explanations about crown producers :) Why also when a paitent comes to a cheap clinic, the frontal area absorb some of the grafts, but the nothing at the crown, how this happens? What effects the crown absorption rate?
Thanks for watching. The illusion is best created along the hairline. The graft numbers in some cases are not enough to create this illusion for the crown.

I plan to do a very dense transplant of front and mid scalp and use a hair piece for the crown. Hopefully one day we get into hair cloning so the problem is gone.
Doctors are not the ones who do research. The research is done in labs by scientists. Only trials are held in earmarked clinics under supervision of doctors.

@@hairtransplantinindia why are you saying it’s useless? I have seen studies showing good results for topical? Some have even shown better results than oral.
@@madams989believing these studies, I did try it for 3 years but eventually had to stop since my patients did not get much relief. Studies are often very misleading and many time s are sponsored by the powerful lobby of companies dealing with hair loss medications.

@@madams989 Less effect goes hand in hand with less side effects for the same reasons. Technology has not developed enough to deliver Finasteride to the roots through the skin barrier.
Dr I did hair surgery and they covered Front to middle very nicely. But from middle to vertex and even further south is bald. I’m not sure if there is enough hair to do another surgery, is middle to vertex as successful as the front to middle? Thank you
Crown is an anatomical area of the scalp. crown balding is due to androgenetic alopecia I think you mean that crown skin show happens in everyone. Yes even in those who are not bald, crown skin shows due to the pin-wheel orientation of hair in this region.

It takes the same time for the crown as well. Only the illusion that can be easily created for the hairline is difficult to create for the crown since crown is visible in entirety and crown gets less grafts per sq cm. This is explained in the video in detail.
In slick bald Grade 6, no medication will regrow hair that have been lost. But if you have only thinning, Minoxidil can be used- but Finasteride is a much better choice with tremendous benefits. You will need to be evaluated by a doctor for fitness to proceed with Finasteride though.
My technique is the Anagen Q+ technique. It is a newer technique. Most other FUE techniques are old and some are outdated. Yest others are stated to be performed but never done in actuality.

Excellent content sir. Sir a doubt, i have hair thinning on the top and temples and decrease in hair line but i have very good donor hair at the back and sides and also have very thick and body hair....is it possible to use my donor hair for hairline and body hair for crown ???
How many months does it the crown hair take grow ?is it slower than the hair line?i have five months since transplant and still no hair growth in the crown area unlike the front.
The speed of hair growth in any part is the same if they are anagen hairs. Hair transplant is all about illusion and the illusion is not so perfect in the crown as in the hairline. As stated in this video.
