I hate it when people call him Dolly Lama. It's Dalai, pronounced DAH-lie.

Whatever you want to explain this, what is seen on video is deeply disturbing. The fact he kissed the boy on lips was disgusting. And then to poke his tongue out of the mouth was extremely disgusting. If you say the boy request, to hug him, is not acceptable in your culture, bear in mind that man is very well travelled accross the Globe and he is well aware of cultural differences. He doesn't have any excuse, perhaps only cognitive decline because old age.
