I love Nunez. But it's so shameless that last year we said he would explode in his second season. And now that the second season is coming to an end while Darwin only has 11 goals .😂😂 and somehow we are already planning for Next manager to come and help him explode. Loving the content and style of analysis. Fingers crossed Amorim is the successor to Klopp as ticks all the boxes and completely agree he could be exactly what Darwin needs to hit the next level in the PL and deliver numbers like he did at Benfica. Just a thought, but if Salah does move on this summer what about bringing in Gyökeres and moving Darwin a bit wider where he often looks even more dangerous than down the middle?

I would much rather he signed Isak the Swedish sweetheart striker from Newcastle United ahead of the likes of Spurs or Arsenal. I would be surprised if Amorim wasn't already aware of the Swede, given that before moving to SJP he was playing in La Liga with Real Sociedad - not a million miles away from Portugal. I would also try to sign Bowen from West Ham to replace Salah however I am sure that Amorim will have his own ideas about who should fill that role and will have someone much younger and more accomplished in mind.

Id like to see if he adapts his 343 to a 532 potentially with gyokeres and darwin up top with mac10 trent endo in midfield and have bradley and robbo on the left and right as wing backs feeding them all chances to gyokeres and darwin with a back line of VVD Ibou and Inacio

Portugal is an easier league though for forwards. Gyokeres looked good at Coventry but not "top level" good. In the PL, he'd come up against much tougher defenders and defences as Nunez is finding.

I really like Darwin. I'm always glad to see him on the team sheet. But I've a pain in my arse seeing all these "he's gonna explode" videos.
