About this video: In this video, we will talk about Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif & Kay Beauty Our Instagram page: / spillbee Business Mail id: spillbeebusiness@gmail.com
Haven't tried Anomaly. But tried Kay beauty blushes, lipstick, eye palettes. Everything so good . They know what they're doing and I don't regret spending my hard earned money to something as good as Kay beauty.
Absolutely love Kay Beauty as a brand. Most of time celeb owned brands sucks. But I'm astonished by Katrina & her team. They did an spectacular job. Each of the products are so good. I use them on regular basis.
I don't think she is marketing for indian buyers at all.. She wants to cash onto the international ayurvedic wave and target the international audience . I think that explains the oily formulation.
But then she asked Indian content creator to promote her products. If it is not for Indians then she wouldn't ask for promotion from Indian content creators.
Even ordinary and inisfree are cheaper than this and more exclusive. Even Anamoly and k beauty is affordable and good . There’s no reason to switch to dipika’s brand even if she is favourite actress 😅
Exactly, I just invested 1.4k on the Cosrx Snail Mucin, ITS A HOLY GRAIL product, and that too 100ml. I would rather invest on Korean products that are costly than these. Ain't nowhere close.
I think in regards to skin care we should stick to brands like minimalist, deconstruct, dr sheth’s and suganda they are brilliant in quality, quite affordable and well researched You can see dermatologist dr vanitta rattan’s review on them and find ones suitable for yourself
If you have dry skin even then oily is not good instead of oily aypi should do for hydration sunscreen that include hyaluronic acid i e instree Korean skin brand has it and it’s effective affordable 100000% better than this
And ironic thing is the patoucholi in sunscreen is potentially a skin irritant. Wouldn't expect a GOOD skin care brand to put an ingredient that could harm their consumers rather than befitting them
Scarlett Johansson has introduced her new brand too, the outset, there face oil also uses bakuchiol, but it is not this expensive and its not like all of her products have oil, and she is such big hollywood star even then she has launched her products with a reasonable range.
Also we all should feel proud knowing that Anomaly Haircare has become the second richest Celebrity owned brand only behind Rihanna's Fenty Beauty ❤️ , so proud of my desi girl Priyanka ❤️
I have a retinol serum that I have purchased from minimalist, which is priced at 600 Rs. I bought it in December 2022 and and I am not even halfway done with it. If you are making a skin care product in India for Indians and you want it to sell, you have big competition. I think Katrina has found that balance wonderfully. Her products are mid ranged and provide enough product to last for a good amount of time. I won't buy anything from Dipika's brand, not because I have anything against her, but I have far better and more well priced options available already that will last me way longer.
Anomaly is genuinely a revolutionary formula as it claims, and for a really affordable price point. Even the range is very carefully thought out - each product does exactly what it claims - I have stacked up the entire Anomaly range in my bathroom and in every wash I pick the shampoo & conditioner based on what my hair needs on that particular day. I had tried so many different mid-premium shampoos & even dermat-recommended ones but nothing does the job as amazingly as Anomaly.
Ok so celebrities have got wide audience already and they can use it in a constructive way but just not by putting in minimal efforts in it. Considering the price point, people are ready to pay only if the product is genuinely WORTH being expensive. High time for celebrity brands to realise the facts from customer's point of view.
With all due respect, I don't know but DP does most of stuff without conviction and just get in rat race. Peer pressure has great influence in all her decision. Her mental health thing let me say this with conviction, she has not strong mindset and leader quality. A psychiatrist observing her pattern stating this.
Kay beauty is the only celebrity beauty brand that I liked. Now Kay Beauty cannot be called a budget friendly makeup line (in my opinion) because the price may seem “affordable” but the product quantity is less. Buying Kay beauty is a roller coaster experience- you get excited because of the price point and then you get disappointed to see small tubes and bottles BUT the product quality is fabulous! So I don’t regret buying it. Most celebs lie about their skincare routine as it’s because of cosmetic procedures rather than face oils or moisturisers or serums. Also, Anamoly shampoos have literally detergent as their main ingredient. It’s not good for your hair in the long run. Also, do you really think celebs use their own products??? Deepika probably soaks herself in La’mer or Tatcha or sulwhasoo lol
Deepika is still new in this market it is possible if she takes this criticism in a positive way nd works on her mistakes in the coming time we are all praising and if she does not correct her mistake, it's not gud for her brand
For me it's not about whether or not she learns from her mistakes but rather about her willingness and eagerness to loot people by using her fame. There is no honesty ( for eg; saying that the products are well researched when they clearly are not) or care about people and their wellbeing. At this point it's more about principle than about money. She's trying to mask cheap quality as luxury and extorting as much money as she can from people just because she's famous.
I discovered your channel when you had only uploaded 4 videos, and I remember binge watching all of them. It’s so good to be back here to see how much your channel has grown and how you continue to put out so many informative and well researched videos! You’re doing a great job!
She can work on her products and take comments of her customers seriously. That's the only way to survive in Indian cosmetics market. If your product is not good then people with not buy even if you are Kylie Jenner.😊
I'd rather go for Mamaearth, Pilgrim, Dr. Seth's, Minimalist and such who actually work hard and build their brand than these jo apne popularity se banate hn, Research se nai. Sirf paise se lena dena h inko.
The problem is not the price point, the formulation etc, it’s the thought that has gone into the whole brand. It’s so basic, it’s no different than the basic drug store products. What is the differentiation that justifies the price
I feel like they have good marketing startergy like collabing with celebs and deepika making a tattoo of 82e at oscars and many more but their products are worthless if they will make good products in reasonable price they will shine in market
The fact thats she thinks people are fool and she wanted to sell elf level material for the price of estee lauder and fenty beauty just becuz of her name, but she forgot to put efford
I'm totally agree with you, like as a person I would say that she should improve the formulation of the product see I used the ashwagandha bounce it's just a thick cream like so sticky i mean a Johnson's baby cream is much better than that i would not recommend anyone to buy this kind of product instant of that you can use plum, just herbs they are much better
Chota sutta pike product ingredients and formulations ko approve kiya hoga and of course paise toh chahiye na chota sutta kharidne ke liye jada paisa chahiye isliye products are being so highly priced
Honestly her skincare brand is not gonna work...if she won't work on the shortcomings of this skincare line her business is gonna shut soon...she should definitely work on the audience perspective seriously
Please do a video on Lost star or lost celebrity (Sooraj Pancholi) why after Salman's support his career vanished & he couldn't make his name in the Industry.
If you think hers is overpriced, wait till you see Ranavat skincare lol. Such a joke with these crazy price margins. I love brands like Forest Essentials and Kama Ayurveda for this reason -- the quality and price at least matches up with those brands.
This is exactly what i said in your last video about 82 east but some were like "oh you are poor it's not over priced" "i will buy it" "it will do great yoi haters poor people say whatever you wanna say" and all. My opinion from starting i said was this. Pricing it high will remove 80% of her fans from potential customers automatically. Rest 20% will just buy once or twice and seeing it's not special and there are better options they will barely have any customers. But its sad some people fail to differentiate between constructive opinion and hating.
They need to rebrand the whole formation.... And everything not just price point. Price can be high if the product is worth it. But in her case neither the brand is good nor the price point. I mean they should have atleast researched market before launching. You can't just launch something impractical just because you want to look unique n one of a kind.
I have search for many of these products because I was curious about them, but they aren't available in my country and it's difficult to ship them here. I was a bit surprised by your video and the comments for a few reasons: the first one is the oil-based sunscreen...here in Italy is very common for 10-15 spf to be an oil, either pure or dry (you won't apply makeup on it) and by the fact everyone thinks any of these actresses has anything to do with their brands! XD I mean, they might have ideas and might actually use their products (which means they are good for their skin and necessities), but they have a team of researchers, scientists and a laboratory to produce them and their staff and managers control the majority of the process....as far as I know neither Katrina, nor Priyanka nor Deepika are biochemists, scientists or even certified holistic healers and even if they know something about creams and traditional remedies they are not qualified to produce, test or approve products themselves. This has nothing to do with Deepika's line being overpriced, which might be true.
Becox all her products are designed based on her skin, she had a bit dry skin. And the products are mainly for Indian skin, the climate of India is mostly hot and humid, so mostly we have a oily skin in general. So just imagine applying all these oil based products on pily skin. Gosh cant even think about how bad it will effect the skin. Will get easily acne and breakout
I have spent 3 months researching on biobased organic cosmetics....I know the brutal truth of this industry .. and girlsss my only suggestion to u is to apply minimal stuff on your skin ...use only a moisturizer and sunscreen...and those like me who have skin issues pls consult ur dermatologist before putting anything on ur face... thanks
I agree with you... My skin starts burning with any sunscreen I apply so I just use moisturizer (not even that during summers) and I feel my skin is much better without those so called skin care products... I do get sun tan but that can be protected with a stole
Korean brands are soo damn affordable but due to international currency it gets a little expensive but still it is available at around 1000-1500 and they not only work wonders they are soo gentle to skin🌸
Spill Bee, Would you mind sharing your thoughts on the outfit worn by the "Delhi Metro Girl" during her public appearance? I would appreciate hearing your views on the matter.
I think deepika didn't researched properly or in detail in terms of her skincare products thats where her brand is lacking customers satisfaction....hope she changes these things and her high end prices to retain in india market or else this will be a huge flop in few years for sure
Deepika i m big fan of her, products of here is over high but if it's ayurvedic basis then it's need to be low price because ayurvedic we can get in India only no need take from another country so point is no need to over high price, depika ka products Kylie Jenner ke products ki tar. Hogya hai high in price but need to less in price according to product...Kay beauty Selena k product jesa hua hai products is good and works good..
I feel like it's more of a luxury brand made to cater only Elite and rich people. Nowadays so many good products with high quality ingredients and at a reasonable price are available for common people... I don't think this brand's main purpose was to satisfy the people's skin but rather people's heart. It was made to break the common code that's it.
Dude, you can buy Charlotte Tilbury and Leneige in 3000 rupees. And that is what the Elite uses. These are reputed brands with good products. She is not targeting anyone. People might buy their first product because of her but at this price they are not going to buy a second bottle of the same product.
i dont understand why an oily skin person will buy this? this is clearly not for your skin type, why bash a brand when you are not buying according to your skin and location?
Not buying from any celebs I pay to watch them act or at least trying to act ....I will trust pharma companies who have been in the business for decades after adequate R&D and most important consult a good dermatologist before using any products for my skin .
