2700 rs ka moisturiser and 2000 rs ka sunscreen 🤡 i can buy a whole skincare routine from a reputed korean brand also with that amount.

The class she's targeting with this price point won't even use her products even if she sends them as goodies. They use high-end, trusted brands. They won't go after it only bcz it belongs to DP. If only the pricing was around 1100-1200, she could've reached larger audience, case in point- MCaffeine and many more.

I think she has launched these products by keeping rich people in mind . Like Luxury is only affordable for them and we middle class people have to stick with Garnier, lakme , loreal . So , I think as an entrepreneur she might not be as successful as Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif .

Plum is a clean and vegan brand. The products are very reasonable (money is subjective). Also Kay beauty has Katrina’s name associated to it. They products are amazing yet reasonable.

To be honest, as a skincare junkie, I know there are a lot of brands that cater to my needs, and every consumer knows what they need in a product. I've watched TikTok from the west, where they apply baby oil to their skin, sleep in the sun, and their skin blisters and burns. I always wonder why Deepika wants to create a situation for herself where she gets a backlash. The combination of oil and sunlight is a recipe for disaster! It'll definitely tan your skin more, if nothing else. Exactly, we need a thick consistency that blends, leaves no white cast, and gives full coverage. Sometimes I feel that we skincare junkies know it better than these celebs, who undergo so many cosmetic procedures yet are ignorant of them. Given a chance like theirs, I would have invested all my money in R&D to make it sustainable, toxin-free, environment-friendly, affordable for a particular category (the mid-range from 350 to 700), suit all skin tones in India, and go with all the skin types too!

However, cases like Fenty (owned by Rihanna) and KayBeauty (owned by Katrina Kaif) if products are good and others are saying the are worth it then I’ll buy the products. If 82E just gave us the assurance that they are using the pure or real ayurvedic ingredients in a best way people may think of buying it..there is lack of advertisement for now and the product don't seem to be good as per influencers...I would like to invest in kama or forest essentials rather than her's

I saw her live and what i was wondering is why she's not applying it on her own face. she put her product on her hands.

Every time i look at Deepika in interviews or promotion events (outside her film character), she always has this silent "goddess" attitude which literally eludes in her face and her diplomatic answers, as if she is the best, and others are fools. I guess it is called "god complex". For example, in a Rajeev Masand interview after her marriage, a fan asked why was she giving so many receptions of her marriage, to which she replied "mERE PAAS BOHOT PAISA HAI". I mean, the attitude and blind impact of money and fame at its heights my god. She did the same with her brand. She thought it is for the higher class, for people of "her level", and when it did not sell, invited youtube influencers and did some meditation crap on product launch. Their is zzero integrity in deepika padukone.

I haven't used Katrina's Kay beauty products as for me it's expensive though PPL can buy and m glad to hear she is really doing good in her brand. She is smart and intelligent. Most of her products are oil based Becox her skin in a bit dry skin and she all time lives under the air conditioner so for her these oily products suits but for normal people who lives in hot and humid climate out there . These products are total disaster in terms of price and use. As I said most of her products are oily and people with oily skin like me goes crazy after applying these products because these cause acne and breakout. There are far much better products available in markets which cost for 300 to 750₹ and does really well on Indian skins. So I conclude these products are flop from my point of view👎🏻
