Sorry I'm confused by your statement. What does Trump winning Oregon have to do with anything? Also with RFK Jr having picked a progressive from San Fran as his VP it no is possible for Trump to get close. Portland and Seattle could go hard for RFK. Trump could get within 3-5 points but without RFK then Biden would be +17 to + 22 up on Trump. The progressive pick changes everything
