Just look at the way he coldly pumped Aerith aside just to have a look up to Sephiroth... Don't forget that Cloud has Sephiroth's cells so he can be considered a copy of Sephiroth. He couldn't refuse his calling.
Yeah - if you think of Cloud as effectively just a Black Cloak variant, one that happens to be aware of himself, it makes a lot more sense. He can't help himself. At this stage, Cloud has no ability to resist The Call, and That Close to both Sephiroth AND the Objective he'd been subconsciously given (the black materia) there was nothing he could do but drown in it all. Makes you kinda scared for what part 3 is gonna do with ITS 'puppet cloud' segments, though, if THIS is what they did with the Temple segment. Remake Finale is gonna be a kick in the teeth, just watch.
@@sevenlexar I'm expecting a lot of part 3 to be very dark. Cait Sith's fortune about losing what he cherished most I don't believe was about Aerith because he did not lose her. She's still there to him. But he did lose Tifa. She doesn't appear to be on speaking terms with him. Barret looks skeptical. I believe he may lose all of his friend's trust and be alone at some point. With a light happy ending after the characters along with Zack's help overcome the dark stuff.
It's because of that.😂 He dared to let his son look stupid for 30 years. It's been 30 years since the game ended. He is also overwhelmed by the stupidity of this character. Even though he said it wasn't the same as before. Cloud has met and fought with Sephiroth many times. But there was no development at all. Sephiroth appeared so much that it became meaningless. I've been waiting to play this game for a long time. Only to find that it was the same game with a worse story. I'm glad it didn't sell well in the end.😅 It's never a good idea to tell a story that ends well and makes it worse.😢
