It blows my mind how much food she always has. I know I only have a family of 4 but people do not eat as much crap that she buys on a weekly basis

Just like the morning breakfasts - they do not eat that and look at the clock, she gets it completed most days by 6:40 and you do not hear a peep in that house and you know you would hear 11 kids. Cannot imagine they eat cold sausage links and waffles and any other stuff, it's all show and thrown out.

There are so many homeless people that would of loved any leftovers but I suspect a lot of it was thrown out. She said that the leftovers were eaten and that she had to buy a turkey breast for a meal she planned to do with leftovers.

I think I have maybe bought poultry seasoning 2 times in the last 5 or 6 years.

I have noticed that she is becoming more aggressive with throwing things in the cart, she always gets comments on it in her videos, so I think that she's doing it to try and get more comments per video, the comments are a harmless citique so she actually welcomes them.

I'm more curious if this has something to do with which of the kids that she gets the wheaties for. James is the one that eats that cereal. Is she not getting more because he's not eating it, or is she just trying to make his life uncomfortable since he's not so keen on being in the videos anymore? I have bought 10+ boxes of cereal, but I shop monthly not weekly, I'd probably only get 2-3 if I did a weekly shop if that.

I'd say our family size is comparable to DD. There are 11 of us. My beef with this is she's walking in with a meal plan and then she buys 10 boxes of something not on the meal plan. If I was buying cereal for emergencies (days I just don't feel like making breakfast) I'd say I'd buy 2-3 for variety but it would take us 2 weeks to eat that much. James is going to be the whistle blower one day. I hope one day he speaks up. Seems like a great kid. I wouldn't be shocked if she was skipping his cereal out of spite. @@jaclinecarter368

My dad was one of 10 with the 2 parents and I'm sure they had friends over for dinner, I agree Alicia makes it 100x harder than it actually is to shop for that many people. And I also agree her quantities are WAY over what is needed. I don't understand why she is always confused. As a mom I'm pretty certain of what my kid will and won't eat. Same with my pets, husband, anybody I feed regularly.

I grew up in a very similar situation. 12 kids, two parents, we just didn’t have people stay with us ever. We moved around too much and were too unstable ourselves. But we could’ve eaten for weeks on what she buys for a few days

Yes! I have 6 children I know its not 11, BUT, I never ever have to guess a quantity. Its second nature. And why on earth does she make food that requires her to write a recipe out and make everything so complicated!??

Here is a back in the day ADHD school story. I was in a 1-2 grade class (a 4 room school house with 1-6gr). 1968 Our old school teacher put blinders on the kids, as is used for a team of horses. Card quality card board and masking tape at the temples. How horrible and cruel. Beyond that, did it work? I am clueless. I kept my head in my work. I wasn't taking any chances!

Yes, I think there are many parents who just can't afford that which is fine because many try their best with what they have and then there are others who can and don't even forward plan because they're so excited to have money. I also don't understand why they're not learning to cook together if she's wanting to expand their taste buds/ pallettes as she mentioned. She literally has the resources to learn how to grow and cook proper food. There's so much she could do to diversify and pivot her channel. Wasted opportunity in my opinion. She could be such a positive influence considering how many followers she has. There's zero diversity in her content and every video seems to be a rinse and repeat and I wonder if that's honestly what their lives are probably like in real life. It's such a waste all round. So much potential just wasted.
