I would say only one thing .APOGEE was started in 1983 and PRAGYAN in 2005. Even OASIS started in 70's which is oldest in india, but not the biggest like MOODI, RENDEZVOUS.Only because of its location pilani. So i might be wrong , But Apogee is still better than all nits tech fests and behind only few of IITS.
