Essentially, the company is costing you money by not making good on your purchase. Make sure they know you are aware of this and that they could have to pay you out for your loss if you were to pursue the issue. I had a similar problem with an L15-W I ordered over covid and was on a 10 month backorder. I called them a month ahead of scheduled delivery to check status and they stumbled and said I would have to wait another six months. The unit was paid for and I told them it was costing me every day they delayed my order. My unit showed up within a week of schedule.
If you put it on a credit card you should tell the credit card company what’s going on. They could threaten Baileys to cancel the order. I bet they would get what you ordered ASAP. I am pretty sure you have 90 days to dispute something. After that your on your own. Don’t ask me how I know this.
