71 was out before (1988). Football from ETG was a 71. ETGs used to rob & bully 67H spots. That's what pushed them into the NH sphere. In reality, 67s were supposed to be Brims, they were Bruce's Boys. That whole area was Brim Territory. 67s were sandwiched between Brims & Gangsters and stayed Neutral for decades, noncrip, nonblood...til they couldn't do it no more.
