Who else appreciates the significance of the t-shirt, reflecting USPTO "protecting" an Asian-American rock band from allegedly defaming ummm, themselves, by their choice of band name? I'd consider letting Valdez, AK ship oil before the port ever met its HazMat plan mandates to operate, to be obscene. I'd consider SCOTUS rulings against civil rights, from Pacifica to Dobbs, or even Roe v Wade or Lawrence v TX if one inspects biases and broken process in those half way there cases, to be obscene. Censorship is the most insidious form of hate speech, as it secrets away banned ideas representing values linked to religious cosmologies of real people, into the night, and whether done by Google Gaslight AI's, or black robed lynchmen.
