Its astounding they didnt ask Grant Gustin to play the Flash first and foremost. He was one of the few actors carrying the Flash TV show and a damn good Flash.
@@jhadenchambette2585 Even so, Grant Gustin was/is still amazing as Barry Allen/Flash. The scripts were bad but his acting alongside people like Tom Cavanagh absolutely carried the show.

Ezra had already filmed more than half of the movie before he did those crimes, you can't simply fire the main lead when more than half of the movie is already done

I don't know whatever happened with all that but frankly it was enough to make me not really want to see the movie, but I took my son to see it anyway and felt like my fears were justified in that he is not only an absolutely horrible person but a horrible actor.

I couldn't finish it. Something that has been happening a lot lately. I went most of my life with only ever walking out on one movie (face off, don't get me started) and refusing to finish something because i couldn't find any redeeming quality at all worth finishing it...I am 48 and been a movie fanatic since i my earliest memories. In the past 8 yrs or so, i must have quit on at least a dozen or more movies, and I am almost certain i am really low balling that number. Mind you i am the type that always feels compelled to at finish one if i start it (not sure why, i am just weird like that). Yet the movies coming out are just so awful, predictable, boring, soulless, banal celebrations of mediocrity and even evil in a lot of cases. Actually attempting to portray acts of Evil as somehow heroic and the perpetrators as sympathetic, that i cannot even stomach them.
I started watching it for free since I had a Max subscription. I couldn't get past the first scene of him saving the babies. It was just horrible and they added too much dumb stuff. I even watched the entire first Hulk movie, and that was better.
The CGI and slo-mo are just too much for me. I'm rewatching Inception and it's just great. The engaging story with no silly quips or cheap jokes plus great cinematography and the right amount of realistic-looking CGI. Compare that to distorted eye-straining stuff of superhero movies today.
I love the logic. Let's get rid of a fan favourite who played an amazing Superman, but let's keep a sexual predator on as a character nobody really cared about. Who's in charge of Warner Bros? Did they let Harvey Weinstein out of prison and put him in charge??

I became a fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean movie due to Johnny Depp's victory for modern men also with it being popular in my childhood & some good memories. Ezra is a very scary, very problematic individual. The fans warned them if they continued to cast and support him that they would not pay to see the movie. I guess it was a FAFO situation.

Thats what happens when you don’t get Grant Gustin for a “FLASH MOVIE” bro literally deserves all the fame and honestly I knew they were going to rebuild after this so he couldn’t done this movie and that’s it. Could’ve been the best movie of the year, got so much attention than Ezra, plus he could’ve gave info to make the point better and took their time to work on the CGI stuff.
Not a fan of Ezra. But I wanted to give the movie a chance. But the awful CGI ruined it. The CGI is absolutely terrible and the main reason I couldn't watch more then 10 minutes of that shit show.

Honestly great movie I think if it came out around like 2017 before everyone else was doing multiverse stuff it would've been a hit both with audiences and financially, people would have been way more excited to see Keaton as Batman again back then than in the present day
Not great overall; SM3, ASM2 and even Ryan Reynolds' Green Lantern are a lot better. Ben Affleck, Mike Keaton, Maribel Verdú and Sasha Calle were good; I like that you talked about Keaton.

Watched man of steel all the way up to the flash with my girlfriend. She liked it. Then I showed her Grant Gustin and the CW flash and she's in love with it lol a quarter of the way through the first episode she said out loud that the show is waaay better than the movie.

The movie was chill but one thing that really ground my gears was the fact that they didnt pay most of those CG people for their NIL. Professor Zoom from the CW didn't even know he was in it
