What about.when there next to no good bacteria …diet is all organic and very little processed. Stress and mold issues seems to have caused this. How do we rebuild good bacteria ? Fasting ?

Trapped gas in colon. Use to have one large bowel movement per day and now I seem to the urge to go all day. But I struggle to go after initial poop. Pelvic area sore from pushing.

I have had problems for years just took now, super enzymes and drank apple cider vinegar before meal lets see what happens had black beans pinto beans newmans mushrooms pasta sauce with chick pea rotoni
I keep waiting for you to mention the exocrine function of the pancreas. Wouldn’t that also be another HUGE reason for consuming digestive enzymes?????
@@richiep3520 Me too. $$$$$$$ I could be saving. I am so frustrated with the lack of resources explaining the specific connection between EPI and endocrine function and then how everything in between related. Also, protein is so much more difficult to digest but why fat? Like what is it about fat that we have a hard time with vs protein digestion? Especially since we have estra help with our stomach (HCL) and Liver/gallbladder (Bile). Sadly, I don’t think physicians even know. I mean they do try to blame alcohol for everyone’s pancreatic issues…
@@richiep3520what's your age 😢 I am 22 and having symptoms of fatty bowl moments which leaves skid marks doctor said you're having inflammation in your pancreas
@@asifhussain4402 hi. I am 37 but having issues for 5 years. I just got diagnosed with pancreas divisum which cause my pancreas to become damaged. Anyone can get epi or chronic pancreatitis. Even children which is awful.
It work wonders. One way to test it is to take one at a time until you feel heat in your stomach. For example, if you take 3 and you feel heat in your stomach, then your dose is 2 capsules. Hope this helps.
@@ryanrice4681 I looked at the ingredients in Thorne digestive enzymes and it has ox bile in it. He did a video on Ox Bile and was suggesting not to take it during the meal, as it neutralize stomach acid.
Just found your channel and am learning a lot! Have you done a video on exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. I have severe EPI. My Gastro doctor said I’m an enigma because I don’t drink alcohol. I have been doing gluten free diet but I don’t have celiac but do have Fut 2 gene. My elastase is below 50 so I take creon. Also the MRI showed I had common birth defect of pancreas which is pancreas divisum. Appreciate if you could direct me to a video on this. Thank you!
I have EPI too. Was prescribed Creton, too but decided to try the 3 enzymes found in Creton. Seems to be just as well. pLus the cost is 95% less. Your comments.
Yes, this is very common and this video will help make sense of what can happen if a person increases stomach acid without improving bile flow: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HUw3NuPGswI.html your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. So Ive bought Digesti-Zyme, Beet Flow and the Betaine HCL. Been battling yellow loose stool. You said 1-2 pills of the digestive enzymes with food. Im taking beet flow now but should I also take the HCL or work on beet flow first and get a few flushes in??? My thinking is if my stomach acid is low then its not triggering my bile in the first place so just not sure if I should be taking all 3 supplements at the same time or progressively. Taking your online course now. Thanks for all your help.

Feel you bro. I have lost 40lbs (not intentionally) because everything I eat makes me sick. I want to eat and gain weight. I wake up every day with severe stomach pain; so I have no appetite until well past noon.
Those digestive enzymes you recommend sound amazing! But sadly it’s an American brand so shipping to England would be a lot. Do you by any chance know of any UK brands with a similar list of enzymes with the added extras?
When you see ox bile in a digestive enzyme you want to avoid that. Ox bile needs to be taken away from food while enzymes should be taken with food. This is the most common manufacture error with enzymes.
@@KickItNaturally What is the difference between enzymes and oxbile? If bile needs to be squirted onto food...why should we take on an empty stomach? TIA
@@KickItNaturally How bad is bad? Yesterday, I received my Now brand super enzymes with betaine hydrochloric acid, also containing ox bile, and took my first one with a meal. Your channel has been a revelation, and I have been watching your videos for a few weeks, but somehow I missed that I should get a product without ox bile in it. The reviews were generally good. Should I just go with these pills, or do you think I am just wasting my time?
What would you suggest for a tomato or paprika sensitivity? I did an elimination diet almost. Decade ago for 6 months and ended up developing an allergy to certain nightshades. I was still eating potatoes and don’t have an issue with eating those. But I did cut out tomato and haven’t been able to eat tomato ever since. I also noticed the paprika sensitivity more recently.

Right @Hip-Hop Man, cooking destroys all enzymes, which is why I like to see clients use digestive enzymes. Also, legumes and sprouted grains can give a lot of people trouble, so I generally see that only some clients an do okay with those. Thanks for the note.
@@KickItNaturally sprouted food works wonders for me. Just started eating sprouted cheakpeas a couple of days ago and I was feeling energiezed all day. I think digestive enzymes found in sprouts helps in digest other food so the body doesn't have to do much work and it leaves you feeling energized
Absolutely, for SOME people. But a high percentage of the population has problems with any legumes if they eat too much, which is why so many see such great results on a paleo diet, which removes all grains and legumes.
@@KickItNaturally okay so I’ll stop the ox bile and take the digestive enzymes with my meal, thank you! When it comes to HCL I’m taking that with my meal, I was told to up the pill by 1 until I feel heart burn or warm feeling in my stomach, I don’t feel that i keep burping tho, is there a number of pills with each meal that I shouldn’t pass?
I have another video coming out in a month or so that talks about some scenarios where using ox bile can be helpful. But for the most part, this video can give you more insights about ox bile: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YMTd4FXd0ng.html For HCL, I can't tell someone who isn't a client how many HCL to take, but when 5 capsules doesn't do the job, there is likely a bacterial overgrowth present and the alkaline waste from that overgrowth is neutralizing the HCL. So you might need to take steps to correct that. You can learn more about that in this podcast episode: kickitnaturally.com/episode312/ When you go through our totally free digestion course, you'll also learn why we never want anyone using HCL unless they are also taking Beet Flow. Let us know how it all goes.
@@KickItNaturally LOTS of people have blocked ducts and sludgy bile in the gallbladder. Certain digestive enzyme suipplements have ox bile in them, such as mine. 50 percent is released initially and then the other 50% in the intestines in a sort of time release form.

It can mean a variety of things, but most likely that there is not enough bile to neutralize acids like we talk about here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mBdV6ZT9woQ.html But your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. We don't view enzymes like taking a hormone has the ability to cause the body to make less of that hormone. Enzymes should come to us from our food and the way we cook and process our food destroys those enzymes. That's why we need to access them from other sources if we're not eating enough raw foods.

This video could give you insights into whether you might be leaning too far on that catabolic breakdown side: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bhYhU2_LSfM.html
@@KickItNaturally Ty! I'm definitely more catabolic. Now unsure how to move forward 😶🌫. Really wanted digestive enzymes to be my next step. Pancreas issues.
Watching this makes me think that you're probably familiar with the work of Aajonus Vonderplanitz? He spoke a lot about how cooking destroys enzymes and how eating cooked food can stress our body as it's forced to make whar he refers to as 'enzyme mutations'
Great to hear from you @handsomefreddie , I'm actually not familiar with him, but when you hear more and more people talking about the same ideas, and they don't know who each other are, that's a great sign that it could be an important piece of information.
@@KickItNaturally yes absolutely. I agree with that! He's the raw food guy and you're the poop guy! I have done about 3 or 4 beet flow flushes now and I think my digestion is marginally better but I still have some issues especially with my skin. How many beet flow flushes would generally be suitable for someone to see results. I've done almost a whole pack of xenoplex too. Thanks, T. C Hale. You da man.
@handsomefreddie, I LIKE to see results by the 4th or 5th time someone does that beet flow flush/xeneplex combo, but that doesn't mean I always do. Some people need to do more and you also have to consider that something could be going on in the body that could be thickening the bile while you're woking to thin it. This video talks about things that can make it worse so it can be a good idea to make sure all these issues are improved: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PjL-0HYGLYQ.html
@@KickItNaturally thanks so much. I've watched that one a few times. It could be cortisol in my case. I'm also an athlete and my body gets put under a lot of stress. Could this play a role? I also eat a huge amount and am extremely lean! Doing another flush today and xenoplex tomorrow. Should they not be on the same day?
If you're getting a large amount of physical activity, it can be important to know whether or not you are leaning too far on the catabolic side like we help you figure out in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bhYhU2_LSfM.html Being overly catabolic is common for athletes and that can really thicken the bile. I feel like it's fine to do a beet flow flush and suppository on the same day, we just view it as optimal to do the suppository the day after, with the hope that the flush thins things out by the next day and then the suppository dilates the pathway to open up flow better.
