You know i almost shed a tear watching, and i wasn't around long enough to experience the zyzz fad while he was alive, but the legacy he instilled and the movement he started sticks with the fitness community so deeply. If it weren't for zyzz, we wouldn't have so many people in the industry. Fitness, physical fitness, brought me back to reality when i was in a dark spot. I wasn't abusing drugs, i wasn't an alcoholic, i faced almost no actual hardships. but when i was down facing mental illness, i had the fitness community to pick me up. But there are people abusing drugs and alcohol, and I hear stories, some in person even, of the online fitness community picking them up and out of the pits they lived in within their minds. And i don't think the girl here was being disrespectful or mean, but i don't think some people will ever understand the darkness some people live in and how much that silhouette, that figure, that pose has helped me and people far worse off than me. I got off lucky and have zyzz and many others to thank, you included tomi gains. I put the biggest respect on his name and legacy. 💪😤👍 train hard and be kind.
