So good to see you have a successful second attempt! Out on a solo first attempt today and sprained my ankle 500m from the base, after already hiking up 10km. I knew immediately the adventure was over and that it would be time to start planning that second attempt. Sometimes she goes, sometimes she doesn't!

But that is just the same as people saying "don't do it, you are crazy" it is a reaction both ways. People judge (positively or negatively) cos that gives them a sense of structure/control and has nothing to do with the object of judgement. So who cares? Before I climbed myself, I used to say silly things like: "Look at those irresponsible people putting their own and their rescuers lives in danger" I know now how stupid a statement that is. The fact of the matter is that the world needs people to go do the things that are dangerous, as imo they inspire far more people than they alienate. Free soloing will get us to Mars! Staying at home wont. Stay safe Andraz and keep doing what you love.

I think if it's totally okay to show suicidal K2 missions, then why is it problem to show free climbing? I think free climbing is not for everyone. I would never try that, but I like mountain views.
