I'm getting cavities on top of my teeth. I brush my teeth every day. I've already lost 3/good teeth and another one is starting to rot from the inside. I brush my teeth with baking soda. What the hell else am I supposed to do?? Why do I keep getting cavities it doesn't make sense I'm only 31 I'm going to lose all my fucking teeth I'm going to cry
Many people are mouth breathers because they have a deviated septum or nasal polyps. This leads to dry mouth when sleeping, which can cause cavities! I'm also convinced if you brush twice a day for two minutes, like is suggested, it will scrum your enamel right off...
It's very common for people to be mouth breathers caused by deviated septum or nasal polyps. This causes dry mouth when you sleep, which causes bacteria build up, which causes cavities... I'm only 30 and have had half my teeth worked on! It's frustrating that dentist never explained this to me. There are some good videos on here that explain how mouth breathing actually changes the shape of your jaw. Please make sure your kids are breathing through their nose properly. If you brush twice a day for two minutes, like is suggested, you will scrub your enamel right off. Use an ultra soft tooth brush, as there is such a thing as over brushing. Also if you need caffeine, you're better off getting it in supplement form.
I obsessively brush and floss after I eat and after drinking anything that isn’t water but I always get at least 3 cavities between dentist appointments.
Ask your dentist some follow-up questions... don't just let them say "you have cavities" ... ask them to teach you about how to change. Also check out www.carifree.com for some great info on prevention... :-)
I'm just 9 years old and I don't floss because in my country it's really really hard to find floss and that's getting worse and now I have a lot of cavities not a lot just a few every day I brush my teeth and every one month one tooth is gonna fall off soon and now I have 2 tooths that are gonna be removed and my teeth that were white are not white anymore I'm really scared to go to the bentist and im really scared that I well never find floss
We've got another video that has ways to clean between your teeth without flossing. Check that out out! Also if you can get a visit with a dentist that would be amazing! Talk to your parents about these things if you can (or another adult) and see if you can get a visit at a dentist office. :-)
