Keep on repeating yourself! Your message bares repeating cuz God knows all those alcohol commercials keep on repeating!

I’m struggling with a few addictions, namely alcohol and youtube binging. Having plenty of youtube experience, I can confidently say that you are one of the minority of channels that are genuine and sincere. So, I don’t mind if you repeat yourself.

Not unnecessary repetition at all! Keep doing it please. We wouldn’t be addicts if it was easy would we? We’d just hear the message once, and do it! That doesn’t work does it! Please don’t stop! Your help is much appreciated, thank you!

You can keep repeating yourself forever and ever and it would never be a waste of time. I need it and I appreciate it. Thanks and love from South Carolina, USA.

Short but very helpful video, Robin! If you're in recovery from a substance use disorder, you already know how much work it took to achieve sobriety, and you'll want to do everything possible to avoid having a relapse. It may seem that relapse is the last thing that could happen to you, but the truth is they're very common for people new to recovery. You may also experience what we drug counsellors call it- sobriety fatigue- which refers to the overall exhaustion that may occur as a result of the emotional and physical stress of staying sober. So, it's extra helpful to have a support network available to you when you need it.👋❤

Another level headed video. Would love a chat with you - fellow struggler. Had many successful stints but keep going backwards……

there is no such thing as going backwards. It may feel things are getting "worse" but you will always be learning from those experiences. My drinking and life got much worse in the three years I was trying to stop but it eventually all came together. Stay strong and you will reach the light at the end of the tunnel.
