Why do open world games ignore their cities? Assassin's Creed Valhalla and it's DLCs (2023) 

This video isn't about the open world and enemies and whatnot. it's about the cities in these games and why they are empty of any activites. This isn't just about AC, it also applies to Horizon Forbidden west, Witcher 3 and many many more open world games.
