What he is saying is about Bliss State. A state when every cell of your body vibrates in love, peace, joy as if a heavenly music is being played inside you, a heavenly dance is being danced by every cell of you. Very higher spiritual practices, higher meditation can give you such state. Also in some places you can feel such high vibration. That is why those places are sacred place.

@@NiceCanadians. I have experienced Bliss State about 30 times in my life. Each time it lasted about 1-3 hours. I couldn't make it last long, because my energy is not stable enough till now. If you want to generate bliss state, then first step is to clean your chakras and shushumna regularly using visualization in meditation.

@@ShafiqKamal Can you please let me know how to clean Chakra and Shushumna. Is it through OM Japa or practicing Kriya Yoga. You had mentioned "Visualizing in Meditation". During my initial days of my meditation, i couldn't focus and thoughts came one after the other and even multiple thoughts which resulted in mind wandering. Later I could make my mind still and these days it's blank and still. Can you let me know what did you mean by "Visualising in Meditation".

So true. I have been to Sikkim, Darjeeling, Rishikesh, Shimla and the Everest Base Camp region. I don't think anywhere compares to the Himalayas. But I am still only the "awe" and "beauty" dimensions, hopefully one day I will also experience the mystical dimension.
