@@IdeasByNav All of the cameras I show in the first minute of the video have the 90 degree plus field of view. Logitech BRIO 4K is probably going to be the easiest to get and set up. The others shown each have their quirks. If you get an older BRIO 4K just be sure to update the firmware. Earlier firmware for me at least will always create a yellowish image
Helpful thanks. I found your videos just trying to find a Webcam that won't distort my face. I've paid so much money for photographers and videographers over the years and in many cases they presented me with footage where my face was so warped that I didn't even look like me. The top of my head gets flattened so that I look like an ape with my eyes higher up on my face and a longer jaw than i have in real life. Photographers always said "there's nothing you can do about it. its impossible to control these things" so I threw away the footage/files and never used them. But I noticed on my boyfriend's old gaming laptop, when using it for work zoom calls, my face looked the best I've ever seen on a camera. there was nothing special about the camera but it gave me hope that it's possible to actually seek out a camera that won't warp my face.
It's all on the optics stack. For me it's the opposite though, my forehead is super tall with wide angle lenses when I'm framed with my head in the top half of the frame.
