The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that everyone older than six months be vaccinated against the flu each year. But based on a study by the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research, many health care workers don't get the flu shot.

I always got flu shots! And I work in the hospital! And if you don't have flu shot while working in any Health care facility's it is mandatory to wear a mask! To protect a patient and yourself!
