Hey man, I just saw the sketch and dug it. Although, I can't help but think instead of the talking points after, you could have just fleshed it out more as a seperate video. You seem like an aspiring filmmaker - well you are one, so I think you can flex your muscle there a bit more regularly sort to speak. It would be cool to show the whole arc instead of explaining it, like the first date or the start of the relationship, how it went wrong, a longer montage of the work the character put in to better himself, then end it with her just not being interested because she "isn't that type" as you said. And showcase the realization that - as you said - sometimes "red pill guys" are just sadboys looking for love (showing this visually). Although, David Fincher did say that you find the best way to direct something after you finish it, so there's that. Still a good video though. Don't mean to say otherwise.

The key is to cope in style, I physically sighed in realization when you said this. I got into a situation where it ended up in me losing all my friends, they were mentally taxing and the relationship was one sided for years. I try to pretend that I don't care but the exercising I'm doing, the hobbies, and goals I'm chasing, are definitely a form of coping. I hate that word since I see it as a weakness but I guess it's important to be aware of these type of things.

What really boggles the mind: I haven’t had any social media since like 2016, but when I go on insane streaks like 60-120 days, people from my past STILL somehow reach out to me via text, via randomly bumping into them. And then yes, meeting people, looks from women, can confirm. It’s almost like when you’re on that different plane, that higher frequency, the energy completely restructures itself to favor you. It’s so ethereal and hard to explain and it sounds crazy, but i begin to notice these things every single time. I think so much of our life and the forces at play transcend the ability of human understanding. We are getting to a point where we can say “when I do x, the chance of y seems to go up, even when they are unrelated”, and we can’t seem to explain why because we can’t seem to understand why. Rejection definitely gave me motivation. The feeling of wanting to disappear for 6-12 month and seriously level up. And in terms of a woman if they choose someone over you I would never go back there.
Man I wish I stayed consistent with hitting the gym when I was heart broken, I realize now how much that pain and anger could have been channeled into my physical improvement. No regrets though, I’ve had a wonderful friend who kept me from sinking in med school and listened to me struggles. He taught me to derive happiness from other parts of life. I know this is a little unrelated, but my team just made a major breakthrough in this after-school engineering project we've been working on, and I'm so hyped. We've been trying for like an entire year to get somewhere, and we finally got somewhere, and the results were so much better than anticipated. And like, I run the team, and I'm so relieved and proud to have finally made something awesome. For literally so, so long, literally years, before even starting the project, I had felt like a loser and failure who always had the potential to do something but never was able realize it cuz something always went wrong. I felt like, at the rate I was going, I was never going to even get close to becoming the person I wanted it to be. But finally I did something. And it's so f*cking cool! I've been in this personal development sphere for a while trying to build that self esteem and self belief but it just never felt real and never actually clicked. But finally after doing this undeniably sick thing, it's like I'm a different person. It's like all that latent knowledge of how to be like idk a "sigma" (amogus) is finally going to be put to use. I have this like strange new feeling of responsibility to properly reach for my crazy audacious goals. There was always this hint of doubt that I couldn't do it, that it was all somehow self delusion. And I so throttled it instead of going pedal to the metal. I didn't apply myself because I didn't believe in myself. But now, but now I have proof, I have proof that I can do these over-the-top, ridiculous things. I feel like I can finally reach for the stars and no ones going to stop me. I'm finally on *my* side. it's like there was this contagion of dark and sickly self doubt that corrupted and enthralled my soul like something out of stranger things. But this cleansing light of real, tangible success was finally cast on me pushing that darkness back. And I tried so hard to rid the whatever by just believing in myself more, but it felt like I just was painting over rust on steel. But this project, this little bet I took on myself, once that came to fruition (it's not even done yet), this self doubt went away almost instantly. I started this project when I was at my lowest, I had just broken my back on the ebike I built, almost dying. I was in covid school suffering in loneliness. I built my way up a little bit just to be spun 180 and smashed back into the ground. And this crazy idea had in the back of my head for years was my last resort, and I pooled a small team together, crafted this vision, and we went to struggle for so much longer. But now, after all this time, I'm out the darkness. I just wanted to share that. A life story of mine with a happy ending for once. The podcast is dope, helping me on my journey, thank you for real. (also, this is totally going to be the rough draft of a college essay. It's too good not too. Like a sport injury story but interesting lol)

They may be like.. oh he is doing better now.. and then forget all about you. Celebrities who look great, are rich and successful have so many marriages and relationships. Coz those things don’t get you true love. However it is always good to works towards making yourself better.

The key idea is that pain and pleasure are co-located in the brain, and that our brains will seek balance between pain and pleasure. If we pursue short-term pleasure (junk food, video games, drugs, porn), our brain will try balance that pleasure with pain - and we experience long-term pain. Whereas if we pursue short-term pains (cold showers, exercise, work), we will experience long-term pleasure. I guess in that state we are generally a happier and a more positive person, and that we either notice good things happen to us more or it actually attracts good things to happen to us. That's the best way I make sense of your vibration idea, at least.
