Student answer: Because they cooks it with meat and vegetables. And my explanation is .. They> they is a plural pronoun so it should take a plural form of the verb. so instead of saying they cooks it should be they cook. Is it correct?

Hello teacha, I had to wait about 4 days before it got activated. You must have completed your teaching profile and while you are waiting you can start requesting for BADGES and complete the learning kit for teachers :)

incorrect, that's past continuous tense -THEY + WERE COOKING it's supposed to be: Because they cook / he cooks it with meat and vegetables.(must be present tense)

I have a question regarding the demo lesson. Kelangan po bang sabihin pa yung Definition o hindi na? Kase po naguluhan po aq sa mga comments some others teachers say na need basahin yung definition and some other say na hindi na kelangan kase wala naman sa script? alin po ang tama? Medyo pinang hhinaan na ako ng loob, my 2nd demo ay advised to retake again. I didn't even get a negative feedback from the admin kundi I should look at the camera more. Kala ko okay na, nasagot ko lahat ng questions niya. Corrected his mispronounced words. Typed sa chatbox often but still didn't pass. Still thinking about retaking the demo for the 3rd time kasi I'm so demotivated 😔 Cguro what's more frustrating was he didn't tell me right away na dapat mag redemo, instead I was asked to wait for the results and 10pm came.. Only to find out na retake ako.
Don't let a person's shortcomings affect your motivation, at the end of the day our true motivation comes from within and the people we do what we do for :) hihih minsan talaga sakit sa ulo ang mga evaluator like the first one I had, but then again, I did not let her stop me. Had a retake and passed :)

I have been wanting to ask you about the booking status of Native Camp as of now. I mean, if I apply and do well, will I expect to at least have just about the right number of students when you're just starting? And if in off-peak seasons, do you have any idea how low the number of students could be? Really looking forward for your reply....though I commented late😊☺
Hello :) Of course I will reply :) Uhmmm to tell you honestly, I have come up with a strategy on how to be fully booked. I have been swamped since day 1 because I had the mindset that I will never experience what others do when it comes to lack of classes. Pro-tip, make sure your self intro video is the bomb! Because if it's really nice, it will attract student. if you aren't getting booked classes, I suggest taking sudden class and converting these "sudden" students to regulars. I will be uploading those tried and tested tips soon :)

for the 3 new words/phrases, yes you just choose. for mispronounced words, yes if it's only 2 words you must say: "on this lesson, you did a great job on pronunciation and you only mispronounced 2 words" .... so that it would be clear and it would not be taken against you as a markdown

When do I need to correct the student? Do I need to stop them my when I see they have been mispronounced a word or do I have to let them finish the whole exercise?
It depends, if you are focusing on ACCURACY, you correct immediately, if you want them to achieve FLUENCY like be able to express themselves, you correct after they delivered their message
We should not force it, we should just do our best to correct them, like show them the mouth and jaw movements and move our faces close to the screen, but again, we should not force it
Not anymore, since you already typed them previously...but the 3 mispronounced words, 3 new words, 1 grammar error, I retype them on the chatbox (actually I just copy and past from my class flow template)
