I had a dream last night, I was standing at a window in an old tower, in the dream I realised that there were no bars or glass to this window, I saw myself fly from the window. Today i felt free a lightness within me. I came on RU-vid and this video came up, I was taken aback by the title, I think my spirits are telling me I’m already free, to release myself and to fly high. The more we try to take control, push and pull, the worse life becomes. We are not here to figure it all out. We are here to let life (energy) flow through us and life will become beautiful and balanced again. Let go and let God. We actually learn to play again - what a relief.

I am so grateful for music to exist in our lifes. There is some music that just make me feel stuff that I can't feel any other way. Why do I cry so hard when I hear this track, this duduk? For some reason it reminds me of all the terrible things that I lived through, some pain that I felt, but I actually haven't. Feels like I lived thousands of years, but in different lifes and when I hear that duduk it brings all the pain from these lifes. I just can't control myself but cry...

I pray that all the fetters that bind us, dearest brothers, may one day be loosened, and we may run free like the stag. Mashallah.

Last 3 full moons, my only prayer to the universe is to help me get FREEDOM of all attachments.

I'm afraid to give up, i think that i will not ve safe if i let go. I want to plan, stick to my plan, have my own house, i want to be safe. But god have it's own plan.
