Why Does GOD Allow EVIL & Suffering? (important answer)

@@DM-dk7js Sure, He could have created a world where no bad choice was ever made and nothing bad ever happened. But that would be a world of "robots", not humans with the true ability to deliberate, choose, love, hate, etc. If parents could give their children a pill that rearranged their brain chemistry such that they always obeyed (because the neurons that allowed for considering and choosing disobedience were blocked or whatever), would they do it? Maybe some would, but most would want their children to retain a real freedom to choose. Otherwise, it's not real love. So, when you say "fixing the problem", what do you really mean by that? I believe He is solving the problem in a way, through Christ. He is redeeming the broken, sad, and suffering, and there will be true justice done. If there is no God, there is definitely NO good reason at all why bad things happen and NO ultimate justice for anyone.

Who created the "Great Deceiver"? And if free will is a "perfect creation", how could it be used in error, and result in a vastly flawed and imperfect world? If God wanted a utopia, why allow a serpent/Great Deceiver/Satan/rebellious angel onto the material plane to corrupt it? Why not simply act to correct the damage immediately, instead of allowing eons of suffering and pain?

Why does God allow pain and suffering? Freewill and sin. God made the world and he made it perfect. God gave humans one rule and man said “I don't want to listen to God’s rules, I want to be the God of my life and define good and evil for myself.” Thus bringing Sin and death into God’s perfect creation. Death is the consequence of sin. Sin and death cause suffering. If we didn’t have the free will to cause pain and suffering to others we wouldn’t have free will, if we didn’t have free will then we couldn't love. If we couldn't choose to reject God we could not love God. Without free will there is no love. Free will causes suffering therefore suffering is necessary for love to exist. Satan is the tempter and tester, but satan has to go to God for permission whenever he does anything. satan does nothing that God does not allow him to do. You forget also that humans have free will. Yes, God knew Adam and Eve would fall. But did he cause them to fall? No. Knowing they were going to doesn’t mean he made them do it. They fell because they were tempted and gave into satans temptation, not because of anything God did. Same with every murder, rape, child abuse, school shooting, lie, etc etc. Humans have free will. If God stepped in every time I was gonna steal, or if God stepped in every time someone walked up to a school to shoot it, that would destroy free will. So, the only way to allow free will is to let us make our own choices. It’s been a big thing for a while with people either disliking God or refusing to believe in God because he allows suffering to happen. Yes, God allows it, but he takes zero pleasure in watching it happen. There have been many instances in scripture where God saves/intervenes in someone about to suffer. But, just because God doesn’t intervene every time suffering is about to take place DOESNT mean he doesn’t exist or he’s this sadist who enjoys it. This entire topic and many more are where reading the Bible and really getting to know God comes in. You’re only going to see God in a murderous way if you don’t study the word and do research on Gods character. People have been trying to portray God in this sadistic, psychotic way for hundreds of years because they don’t take the time to actually read and get to know him. It’s like pulling one part out of the Bible where it says “God destroys a city” and assuming “oh he’s a psychopath and a murderer.” Context is 100% important. I encourage you to research and study the Bible brother(: grow your relationship with God. I have a theory. In Ai, the big problem is that they do not know exactly how it works. Therefore, it is difficult to align the Ai to be "good". We know Jesus is the only true God because He is the only one who predicted we would have instant global comms, fast travel and a global totalitarian system at the very end (which is something you cannot have with chariots and carrier pigeons). The old testament is prophecy. The new testament is fulfills the prophecy of a coming Savior. A Savior for what? Sin. The old testaments laws is important because it teaches us what sin is. Without the law(s) from the old testament, how would we know what sin is from God's perspective, not man. The Bible tells us the 'the cost of sin is death". However, God knew no one could keep the law, because if you break one law you break them all. Another key point is in the old testament sacrificial animals were commanded and given to priest to prepare and sacrifice to God for sin. Why is this important. In the New testament, Jesus was manifested and birth through a virgin to be the sacrifice for the world, then and now for sin and to replace the law of Moses with the Law of Grace for those who believe in him and keep his commandments. What does this mean. For the believer, instead of sacrificing animals for sin, we are commanded to pray and keep Gods commandments. We are not under the law of Moses in the sense that we strive to keep ALL the commandments. Instead we pray and repent of our sins. We are under the law of grace, which is unmerited favor for sin, sickness and death. We will be judged under the law of grace and as follows, we inherited life after death forever with Jesus at the time of the rapture and Jesus return. It is only through the Holy Spirit that keeps the law of Moses in our hearts that we have moral and principles and His help to not commit sin and again, when we do, we pray and fast to kill the flesh to hear the voice of God to guide us. No one is perfect and everything we do is vanity. On the otherside, those who rebuke God, have no moral or principles other then their own feelings. If they die in sin, there is no do-over. they will join Satan in hell forever. They have no hope or understanding of what is happening today. They have no purpose in life. To say, Idk who you are, once you are at death, does it matter what your profession was on earth? money left behind? All vanity. The only hope you have at death is being with Christ in the afterlife. No fearing death or hell. I would say, that's life purpose. I hope this helps

To answer the question of why God didn't stop the Holocaust?.Perhaps he did. Perhaps he enacted the end of the Holocaust through people. Perhaps he inspired some people to be brave. Some people to fight against tyranny even if it cost them their life or their friends and countrymen 's lives. Just because you can't see God in the physical realm, does not mean he is not real. He died for us on the cross for our sins. The wage of sin is death, Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price. Just because we do not have video evidence, pictures.. does not mean he did not live. Lead by faith, that is the way. By denouncing God, and deliberately turning away from God and sinning without remorse. That can still be forgiven if you repent and believe in him. His love and grace is infinite, but he wants us (including you) to come back to him as his children. The reason for sin and suffering is choice and freewill. God created us as perfect beings believe it or not. But the serpent deceives us, Satan who was ALSO perfectly made by God. Wanted worship to come to him instead of God, so he constantly deceives us by trying to make God seem like he is angry with us and that we are dirty and disgraceful. When really we've been made perfect... But now we view our sexuality as a bad thing, we do horrible things, we do great things, terrible things, amazing things. You catch my drift?.. it's not that bad things are good, we want to aim for all goodness. But negative things will happen, we just need to navigate through and try not to do negative things. Help people believe in the gospel, understand that life is not easy.. We all are going through something dark in some way. And that's all the devil trying to lie to us, lie to us about God's love.
