I can relate to what you said. If you know the story of Esau, the brother of Jacob, maybe that's our category in life. God already hated Esau before he was even born. What can we do at this point? Nothing...

And I have no answers, I don´t think anyone does. No guru, no mentor, no coach... nobody. I am sorry if you have been giving and generous and it has not been appreciated. God doesn't hate you. I have a similar feeling and experienced much devastation, neglect, and abuse during my childhood. I'm healing right now. Looking back i can remember the moments where i felt like God hated me. Now as a Christian, I know it isn't true even though the feeling comes up. I credit it now to the neglect and traumatic events I experienced growing up as well as demonic attack which I'm starting to believe can create that feeling within someone. Now as a Christian, I've felt God's love and warmness and it's given me hope and comfort and a feeling that I'm not as bad as the people around me make me feel like I am. Although It can feel like He's not really benevolently watching over us, He is. Growing closer to God can help us begin to see that He was there all along. This is coming from a person who's been through unimaginable stuff and still carries baggage. To deal with the feeling of feeling like God hates you, i recommend NET (neuroemotional technique), its therapy that helps you process trauma and stuck emotions. It's been helping me out so much.

I'm a child trafficking survivor, I asked God to heal me 40 years ago, instead I have had more cruelty and burdens. Its only by stepping away from the Bible that I've began to at last find closure. There's something drastically wrong with the biblical teachings. God isn't who we are taught, I think Alan Watts had a pretty good take on who God is.

There was a point in my life where I questioned if God hated me too… It’s hard to believe anything else when life seems so difficult. But the things shared in this video are what saved my life, turned it around and made me realize we have more power to influence our life for positive then we may have first thought. Look at the example of a baby learning to walk… If the parent always swoops in and prevents them from falling, they will never learn how to walk on their own. The hardship we experience is the painful process of learning to walk but once we do, we can run and possibly even fly!
