14hrs office work అంటే ఆఫీసు కు రావటానికి వెళ్ళటానికి బెంగళూరు traffic 🚦 jam లో ఒక 4 hrs అంటే మనిషి 24hrs లో 18hrs పోతే ఇక నిద్ర 6hrs మరీ మిగితా పనులు వాడి అయ్య బాబులు వచ్చి చేస్తారా 😡😡😡 ఇంకొకడేమో వారానికి 70 గంటలు అంటాడు 😡😡

మేము కూడా సింగరేణి లో మూడు shifts పని చేసాము. Labour law prakaram shift కి eight hours . ఇలాంటివి కోర్టు కి వెళితే చెల్లవు. తుగ్లక్ పనులు అంటారు వీటిని

గవర్నమెంట్ employees అవసరం అయితే పగలు రాత్రి చేస్తారు Elections అప్పుడు, ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యాలు సమయం లో Meetings పేరుతో night 10 Sundays కూడా zoom meetings అని trainings అని ఇంట్లో ఉన్న online trainings etc ఉంటాయి

I feel, working 12 hours a day is not a problem provided the employers give good salary, good working conditions like food court at work places. I myself worked for more than 12 hours a day for 30+ years that too on oil rigs which is outside. As there are many traffic problems to commute in Benguluru, I think, this is best solution. If this 12-14 hours a day confined to IT industry and call centres, why the state govt is responsible? You may question the state government only if they insist their government employees to work for 12 hours a day. Countries like Israel and Japan people work for 12 hours a day.

We are constantly being fed by GDP growth etc by every govt. It means nothing for a vast majority of population Young people of India is forced to work as slaves by our own leaders in own country IThis GDP concept of the government and economists is very dangerous and skewe.. To increase the GDP you need more work force so govts. will make agriculture unrememunarative and drive the farmer to the city and make him a cheap labour resource and enslave them with 14 hrs work schedule
