I loved this short video. During September, 2017 I was in Malaysia. It rained heavy at times and after a few hrs roads were clear and never saw any blockages. Along the big roadsides there was a canal and it collected water and drained into a larger drain system. I heard that there are many underground passageways used as water canals or as roads to travel when not needed for drainage. Dual purpose and very safe! Genius!! India has world class engineers and will to succeed! Then what is the problem? Re engineering is needed and solutions can be found like Miami and Florida did. So get on with it before your Rocket reaches the Marse planet. Smile 😃 people! It’s a challenge and you are overcomes!! Isn’t it? Yes for sure!! Have a great monsoon day. Try to stay dry if you can.😋
