Mr. Cuddles was actually a good act. The other BGT judges barely gave him a shot. I'm glad that Canada's Got Talent gave this guy a fair shot and he became a pretty big hit there.

Can you imagine? You work your ass off to get into this competition. You create your own props, you write your own jokes, you train your voice, you create your costumes, and you put your whole heart and soul into it. And you get told no before you can finish your act, and a guy who said Tequila 4 times gets 4 yesses. Also, Alex Hooper was hilarious, and those judges were just butthurt.

I actually liked Andrew Fenlon, he came off wrong at the start but the fact he didn't dive into yelling or insults at the judges when he got rejected means he's an ok guy, also his energy with Simon is great. x D

He doesn't really keep a true straight face though. You could call his expressions "serious," but they're unnaturally exaggerated to a degree that implies a lack of seriousness. It's much easier to maintain a comedically exaggerated "straight face" than a true deadpan straight face.

I love to see people being overjoyed on the days like Mayday. It's a great time for parents to plan or put on a spring festival. Kids and students can sing their favorite songs, recite poems and perform the maypole dance .
Alex hooper is the evidence that americans are snowflakes and get offended in place of others. also its clear that all the other judges besides simon have a fragile ego and cant take a joke on their costs. its not my humor, but I know people who'd find Alex hilarious
the thing is, there's a difference between joking around with people who can accept the cruder teasing and people who are uncomfortable with that. and the judges on the panel aren't even american. Howie is canadian, Heidi is german, Mel B is also birtish. calling Howie untalented wasn't something he was comfortable with, buzzing was valid. saying Heidi looked like she hadn't paid attention to her kids was uncalled for, buzzing was valid. telling Mel that her career sucked was impolite, buzzing was valid. sure, Simon was fine with Alex saying this to him, but that doesn't mean everyone will find it ok. it's like you said: different tastes in humor mean different people will find it funny. it's not about ego, and you don't have to comment about every negative thing you're thinking. calling people fragile or snowflakes isn't funny. Alex Hooper isn't evidence of people being overly sensitive as you've implied. he's evidence of how people's behaviors and humors are not always something pleasant to be around. besides... being offended for a person (who is also, mind you, offended in most of the judges cases) is just relating to the fact that the person might not have enjoyed what was said.
I do find it ridiculous when they let these type acts on when someone actually with talent could have had the chance to audition for the judges as only small amount of people get to
Right up to the very end I was positive that there was a punchline coming with Andrew Fenlon. I thought maybe he was a plant. A famous singer in disguise. Or that he was gonna walk in the audition room and do a complete 180 in personality. Come on! He must be acting!! I think he was just some guy looking for his 15 minutes of fame and this is how he chose to find it. Not how I would have done it but I wouldn't have been auditioning in the first place.
i find Andrew Fenlon who been waiting forever 🤣 for him to sing, i would say i'm just sarcastically funny talking that way. Just like other BGT and this guy come and hit the 4 buzzer to eliminate himself, and i heard peoples as been putting their own little show on TicTok for their own entertainment

I feel so bad for Andrew Fenlon, he's definitely in the autistic spectrum where he's genuinely unaware of how he comes across. Those girls were completely misreading his attitude and started treating him very unprofessionally. It's a shame too because, frankly, he has a good voice and look. With some training he could be great. They really blew it with him. I was glad to see him walk away smiling though. Hopefully some true friends will help him understand where he went wrong. I pray he gets a second chance, because I feel he deserves it. God bless misunderstood people like him ❤

Miss Maypole "It's okay. I've learned to duck!" She was AWESOME and an absolutely incredibly good sport! Love her! And, come on! David, wearing a flowered head dress, tied to a maypole with ribbons, while people dance around him and millions of people watch? I think he just scratched an item off his bucket list!
