Tbh this is a problem since the release of the game. Any skill tree that was straight up broken, was in the game for too long and they always gutted it just to move on to the next tree meta just for the same pattern to repeat itself. However with the new balancing team, this has really gotten out of hand like, how is it possible to not be able to maintain not even one skill tree with out it becoming op or over nerfed.
kendo has always been balanced it did its job perfectly. horizon being nerfed is fair nothing should do a bar of damage at all unless its actually hard to hit and the frame 1 hyper armor was crazy too. flower passage change was a buff not a nerf imo at least gb on first hit in exchange for 80 posture damage and bigger hitbox thats a huge win because nobody got guard broken by flower passage anyways ;-;. i think your overreacting just a bit every kendo nerf was valid
did yall not see polls? only reason kendo got touched because everyone agrees its the best skilltree rn, setro said everything was balanced, crescent relief nerfs were valid, horizon were valid, also like kendo has went MANY updates without nerfs
horizon essence does same damage as 2 m1s on true pierce. and you have to use a split gate/vertical do even use it. what is the fucking point just m1 them twice and you got horizon
I think the poll was kind of a dumb move, kendo is hated rn because half the fucking game's playerbase plays SR and... surprise surprise, guess which race got the best Murasama variant? Like yeah no shit kendo isn't fun to play against when everyone is using the batshit broken weapon on ***the*** most glazed fucking race.

@@zaweirdo.3343 youtuber itsnin cooked setro with sr kido (setro was using mod specs and still lost). thats why there was a shit ton of nerfs to sr kido, some of them completely understandable but others were blatant rage nerfs
Type soul balance team mindset: -nerf balanced skill tree -nerf fucking medic for no reason -nerf speed then revert it -glaze soul reaper -glaze kido and hakuda -never touching metas that are blatantly ruining the game
