Why doesn't Iron Man use vibranium to make armor? 

Thats because tony stark is iron man and not vibranium man

The main reason is is because he makes so many suits and updates and upgrades them constantly so using that would make it extremely difficult to make changes later as it is extremely difficult to access that material

Well, Tony travels at incredibly fast speeds like in Infinity War, the vibranium might not be able handle those type of speeds as shown in Black Panther.

Flight wouldn’t be an issue considering their ships are also vibranium. The downside to ultrasonic waves is the magnetic field which causes the metal to be non functional so flight wouldn’t be an issue
