I always thought the Ad Mech's resentment towards Xenos tech had to do with their proprietary knowledge is threatened by the presence of alternatives. They have a monopoly in the Imperium and their position within it can be compromised if they could get materials from other sources. This is why the top priest have stashes of xenos tech but do not distribute any of it.
This explains why The Imperium is Technologically Regressed if only the Emperor sucessfully Brought Humanity back into its Dark Age of Technology Manufacturing concepts

There are many factions that do not adhere completely to these rules and laws and one in particular is currently under the favor of the most powerful individual in the Imperium. cawl's faction, as Guilliman knows very well is devoted to the advancement of Human superiority and Human knowledge and they are innovators (yes surprising isnt it), creating newer and better weapons for Guilliman and the Imperium and engendering the jealousy and anger of their more Orthodox brethren even as they advance human technology. Cawl is neither afraid, nor worried about using or learning of Xenos technology and in fact under guillimans explicit orders is actively researching Necron black monoliths in an attempt to replicate them and close the Cicactrix Maledictum. Should Cawl finally become fabricator general, you will have massive Civila War within the Mechanicus one in which those willing to change and survive will prevail.
Question: Where do Stygies VIII and Xenarites fit I to this? Are they not utilizing Xeno-tech under the noses of the imperium? I guess I would like to see where Stygies VIII fits into all of this. They are a massive forgeworld that supplies significant war machines tp the Imperium. Stygies VIII is also home to a group of Xenarites, those that believe that Xeno-tech should be studied and used. Great video. The parallels between our world and 40k also make me worried about our future.
probably they see it as foul xenos tech because of the necrons. but i think there is a mechanicus splinter faction who is obsessed with necron tech and raids casually not yet awakened tomb worlds (Mechanicus game intensified) and in Hammer and Bolter there was a Techpriest who found an DAoT repair engine made out of necrodermis that repaired her robot sidekick. the fact that mankind in the 41st millenia technology mostly not understand and fears,it is unlikely that this would ever happen. or else: "HERESY!!!!" *BLAMBLAMBLAMBLAMBLAM*
not questioning the machine god or anything but would it be able to reverse (engineer/bless) alien tech to make it so it dosn't mess with production, or dishonor the machine god

Even before you said it I immediately thought of PeTA when I heard you talk about how the admech would destroy Xeno technology because it is "enslaved" so it must be set free. For being an intentionally over the top RPG, 40K takes inspiration from a lot of sci-fi stories and puts a lot of subtle criticism on a lot of social issues. Especially involving totalitarianism, war profiteering, and religion. Even "Stargate Atlantis" took the idea of ethereal beings being powered by worship (The Ori) from 40K. Still the idea that a bunch of psychic space elves created a hole to another dimension by having a thousand year orgy due to becoming all powerful is the kind of absurd that makes Warhammer ridiculously entertaining XD

Also on the concept of the machine spirit. As a necron player I do believe that the omnisia is the c'tan "the void dragon"; now with that in mind and as you explained about all tech by the mechanicus has a bit of "knowledge" from the machine God. So could the machine spirit actually be a fragment of a shard of the void dragon, a sort of a ghost of the c'tan?
We can see the beginning of the belief that machines are alive. There are many such stories that range from a professional driver or pilot preferring a specific vehicle to NASA employees grieving the loss of probes. There is one story from a technician working in Afghanistan, where an OED trooper carried a damaged robot to the technician, and with tears in his eyes, begged the tech to repair it.
Wasn't ther a story about the admech taking and studying the original Tau xv15 stealth suit cause it was just better? And then the Tau just put the xv25 into mass production which effectively countered that?

The Adeptus Mechanicus strive to be inhuman. The omnisiah could be a surviving Man of Iron. Dwelling in the depths of Mars. Hindering mankind's advancement.
So what if a xeno engineer, let's say a Tau starts secretly worshipping the Omnissiah and starts creating stuff in agreement of the divine rules? Would the ad mech be okay with that?
Question: Necrodermis (The Living Metal like that which coated the arms of Ferrus Manus) Could it be fused to Adeptus Astartes Power Armor or even to a Centurion or Dreadnought?

Not susceptible to A.I rebellion (Tau will almost certainly have to deal with that eventually) 3. Dakka (Excepting Orks, AdMech tech usually has many more guns than any other Xenos. (Tongue in cheek. :P)) 4. Machine Spirits have loyalties, and aren’t just thoughtless algorithms (Spirits rebel against foreign invasion, get depressed without familiar crew members, etc) 5. Current AdMech does suck, but Old AdMech technology was often incredibly superior to many Xenos tech. Otherwise the Great Crusade wouldn’t have been so successful. How far they have fallen. Question 2 : I've been wondering about the Dreadnoughts. They contain a "live" space marine so to say, so... does it mean that the dude need something, sometime to eat? So with the mechanicus saying no to xeno tech, how does the dark mechanicus view xeno tech? Because I feel they still hunt for knowledge but aren't restrained by the laws of man or of the omnisia.

Because "manufacturing chants" and "sacred rites" means it takes years to produce what Tau can produce in days, and Colonization Era (aka, Dark Age) humans can produce in minutes.
Thats why Space Marines cannot run with Railguns :< Bloody AdMech :S I can see the glorious SpaceMarines selling tank "headshots" here and there with their trusted railguns [bolters are cool, but Railguns are just daaaamn! :D ]
Sorry i could not hear you over the sound of this planet's whole population being wiped out from the Exterminatus. The ONLY reason the Ta'u exists is because someone forgot to request some proper Virus Bombs, Cyclonic Torpedoes, or jsut enough ships to wipe out planetary populations. Trust me, that mistake will NOT be made again. At this point the Ta'u exist only because they have not become big enough, advanced enough, or annoying enough to call in another Crusade. Pray no Rogue trader notices the resources on those worlds and reminds the Imperium the Ta'u exists.
I don't think slaanesh wouldn't exist in the real world it's only just the Eldar and us I do think we will probably trade with them with our own goods and resources I do believe we would trade with them
