Orks are the best at everything. They even fail in the best ways. Big ass walker with too many guns packed full of explosives blowing up and killing hundreds due to a random miss fire is one damn good way to fail.

Orks have had such an effect on the universe of 40K. I think a few snuck into Mars and worked with Crawl because all the Dakka on the Repulsor is crazy.

When I was first introduced into Warhammer I had a predisposition of not really caring about Orks. I thought they were "just orcs". But diving into their lore, they're actually pretty much amazing lol

I always loved the Orks...and always had interest in the Blood Axes, their tactics, their look, etc...kinda happy they where the 'Leadership' clan ..that needed the combined efforts of the splinter Close combat clans (Goff's), rapid strike clans (Evil Suns), merchant- armour clans (Bad Moons), heavy weapon clans (Deff Skulls), feral-farmer clans (Snake Bites) and raider-Scout clans (Free Booters) to defeat them in the Big Party...

Question: I wonder if there actually is a genetically engineered "switch off button" in the Krork species. Certainly, that’s what the Oldonce should have done and if so it would have been a great idea to hide it very very well.

Orks the mostly widely used and influential antagonist in the history of the fantasy genre. Doesn't matter if its books, video games or movies, if there is a war an Ork will be involved. Hands down my favorite Xeno.

I've been building an Ork army as my second army in Warhammer 40k! Ever since one of my best friends has had orks in 5th grade I've had a fascination with them! I think the Old Ones did provide guidance to the Orks. In fact, they probably have genes encoded in them to follow any order from the Old Ones before even a prime ork. This would explain their current debased state, without the old ones around to guide them

I have grown to love the Orks More since i started watching your videos. I liked the comedy of it and the mad max type vehicles but i mean compared to the god emperor its hard. But i found my love with mech docs. A cross between the mechanicus and the orks. So i have started falling in love with them.

My first army was an ork army. I loved it. Orks are probably still the one army i would love to play again. Thank you for your work.

Starting to get back in to Warhammer, Orks are my favourite by far.

I wonder if within the 40K universe there is any equivalent to the WarHammer Fantasy version of Hobgoblins. In WarHammer Fantasy, Hobgoblins are half-way between Goblins and Orcs, but considerably more intelligent than either, at or near human level, good at training and riding wolves, making weapons, can actually use ranged attacks and stealth and poison. So in 40K, I guess they would be classified as big, smart grots who can be mekaniks, kommandos and shoot good.

I just started patining some lootas n burna boys they have been the best time painting I've had sense I've started back in 2013

Orktober got me really hyped for Orks so now I am starting to build my army. I have already bought and painted a battle wagon as I intend to build an evil sunz army. I am even building an ork kill team which will be the wagons crew, so the wagon ran out of fuel deep behind enemy lines and now the crew have to fight a skirmish war to get their rig back on track :)

Orks are incredibly fun and their aesthetic is rad. I can't wait until your next Ork video where you talk about how The Beast changed Orks forever! I wish I had seen this in time to try to win some Orks, but oh well. :D

All the work you have done to consume all this knowledge from lore using all possible sources and improvisation of course is missing parts of lore... man thank you! Huge effort! This video made me come back to hobby and dig up my old orcs from year 1999-2002 and ordeder the same starting kit wich was the gaveaway prize. This hobby has teached me much with concertation, relaxing, and patience when paiting the army and the awensome feeling when kids gather around the gametable ( When playing public in local Fantasy games store gameroom )impressed AF from totally well painted Orc army.

My dad is a space marine nut from the DoW games so I bought him a dreadnought as a gift. Now I have decided I want to start collecting for myself. I love orcs in almost any series ala warcraft, but the 40K ORKZ IS DA BEST!

I'm back to Wh40k models after years out and I must say, the significant drop in prices is the most plesantly suprising thing about it so far. I also redescovered painting minis and it's way more fun now that I'm older.

What i love about orks is that their “weapons” are just chunks of metal and wood beaten into the shape of a gun, and because they believe that these chunks of metal are guns with the ability to shoot, they BECOME fully functional guns.

Now i feel urgent need to make Blood Axez kommando kill team, wit' dem sneaky gitz

Question 3: Any idea what for are those little shields on Terminator Armor? They're located on the armors torso/part of left hand of the suit(at least in plastic models?), "covering" the area where most humans got a heart. Is it to show heraldry, protect the dude or just for shit and giggles like "Son, heres yet another layer of protection for Your already formidable suit, wear it always above Your heart, coz You know son, Emperor protects :P " ? Keep the awesome work going ^^

Keep in mind, the Krorks weren't just superior physical specimens to their Ork descendants, but were also intellectually and technologically superior. Trazyn the Infinite is said to have in his collection "A twelve foot tall Krork in power armor more advanced than Astartes Power Armor."
