I agree with that he's saying in the beginning. If youre good on ADC you can very easily reach masters at like 70% winrate. BUT it's still omega frustrating. You will get games where your support is not human and those games feel AWFUL to play. You could be Gumayusi but if your support is braindead its just impossible to play the game until 15 mins as you are effectively perma 1v2. I have legit lost count of how many times I get a tower hugging AFK enchanter or a perma roaming supp with 0 brain or a hook support who just throws his Q off cooldown with 0 lane pressure. In those games you just buy cull on first recall and pray to allah. Also if you fall behind as ADC you're actually just a caster minion. If you're behind the curve its torture. Also the games where it's 2v4 botlane, enemy mid and jungle are perma tower diving and your team is huffing glue. Then they're surprised when botlane is 0-20. It's like, yeah ofcourse wtf do you expect? Taliyah+ J4+Naut+samira perma diving us, jungler is full clearing, midlaner has -1000 prio.
