Why don't my loved ones in the afterlife communicate with me? 

My dog passed away 11 months ago. I miss her so much. I have felt lost without her. She was my bestfriend, and my light. We had a strong bond. I hope that I get to see her again.

I'm still grieving the passing of my partner last Mar 17, 2024,when he was alive I think about him all the time and that hasn't changed.I still think about him every second and anywhere.I am having a profound depression more than ever.I always talk to him and I always say I love you and I miss you 😢😢😢😢

I like the “ringing the phone analogy” …several weeks after my mom passed my son and I were in her living room watching tv one Summer night. at midnight her land-line phone, which had been disconnected and service cancelled weeks earlier began to ring aloud in a very unusual tone…over and over until I walked over in amazement and picked it up…put the hand set to my ear and said hello…but there was no signal or open line sound…my son who was about 17 at the time was just smiling ..She was very fond of him as well as of her first born son…btw, we were watching the Twilight zone that night😅 True story

After mom passed in Feb 2021, I had brought a touch lamp of theirs to my house. That lamp kept coming on all by it's self and I would smell dad's cologne. Dad passed in May 2014 and I hung out with mom for the next 7 years through her horrible grief. I would touch the lamp and turn it off, walk away and it would come back on. There was no wind, breeze, no short or anything touching it and I use scent free products because of my sensitivity to perfume and cologne. I smelled the cologne and had nothing in my home that would smell. This went on for 2 weeks and then stopped, then started again a few weeks later, for about a week. My dad liked to tease, so I started saying, I know you are there. My parents were my best friends and I miss them both horribly. I have since had other things happen.

I work for an organization that studies and treats neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimers and Parkinsons. I believe that the beloved souls who have crossed over to the Other Side from these diseases that are so devastating in this realm reach out to their loved ones with love and reassurance, letting them know they are awake and alive again, in full possession of their intellectual capacities they once had and lost in life and more, a new cosmic awareness of mind and consciousness still being searched for here in this limited reality. We will find it someday, and the voices of those precious people who have suffered from AD, PD, and other diseases of the human brain will guide us there, until we find a cure here on Earth.

They definitely communicate with me through dreams

I've had dreams about my dad who died last year. He was young and healthy again. He wouldn't talk to me in my dreams though. One day, I was walking into the grocery store. I can see my reflection in the door. And then i saw my dad behind me. I looked but he wasnt there.

I have experience in this. It depends on what your loved one decides to do once they pass. Some choose to just relax and spend time with their loved ones, some decide to help souls who are lost to cross over, some choose to explore the other galaxies and dimensions, and some decide to come back down here and experience another lifetime of lessons. If your loved one doesn’t communicate back, either they choose not to so that you can move on, they could be busy with helping others, or they have reincarnated back as a human and will see you at one point in time but with another family or from another continent.

It’s true they do communicate with you. I used to think like many may watching this video that I would hear them with my ears, no I didn’t it was within the mind with telepathy I heard my nephew, who committed suicide, say “I’m sorry” to my tearful sobbing asking him why?. My neighbor who was so special to me after she died of cancer, upon crying I told her I missed her so so much and she said “I’m here”. Although some may not come through, especially my father, I ask my husband who is a medium, to converse with him for me. And don’t forget dreams are important too.

If I was in the afterlife and could see my Wife crying and suffering without me and I could not communicate with her. It would be a hell.

When my dad passed away in 2019 i got a lot of signs and dreams about him but my mom passed away in January 2024 one day before my birthday and i havent had many signs from her. I had one dream where she told me she can ride a bike again but that was it.

Ok, you definitely got my attention. I think my problem is I still have too much pain and feelings of guilt about my daughter's death that I keep closing myself off and not listening. I don't know how to get past that yet.

They do communicate with us ,we are not open to the multi faceted elements in so called life. So we miss a lot. Not all theses messages are subconscious . Love never dies. Know to love your enemies is another step in growth , even if it requires military conflict and outcomes with them. We are all part of the field in all it's multiplicity and connectivity..

Im glad I came across this. A good example of signs is that my license plate has the last 3 numbers of my mom' month and yr when she was born. I moved into my place on my grandmother's birthday and been here for some time.

There are 7 levels to the Astral Realms.. when we pass, we go to level 3 (what we perceive as heaven).. Jesus and higher souls like Budha etc are up on level 6 - we have to work our way up there before we get the what Jesus calls Heaven. The Bible says when you die, your spirit immediately returns to God. You’ll see your loved ones again when you pass. When they return to God, why in the world would they wanna come back here?

Only a very small percentage of distraught family members ever get a visit from family who have moved on. They know, you're going to be ok one way or another. I have talked to my husband frequently about our son who desperately needs his father. I feel so hopeless because Tom really needs him but gets nothing from his father. I feel as though he has abandoned him. I have always believed that the spirit is with us but now I am not sure.

My brother died in 96 and I have been missing him more than ever the last several months. Part of it is change and trauma in my own life but I wonder if it has anything to do with him. I had a lot of dreams of him after he died and the first one was him walking in laughing and saying "You thought I was dead" with an incredulous look on his face. My Mother did talk with me one morning. as well as my younger Brother. My youngest Sister just passed and have not heard from her yet, but I know I will. I dream of my Dad but I'm always mad at him. the only reason I can think of is that I'm Hurt over him leaving me. Man I hope reincarnation is NOT real. Life is good but I have no desire at all to come back to this clown world existence. I know I get visits, most recently my sister ❤ I know she will meet me and we will laugh and hug just like we did before she left. She still makes me laugh .I'm looking forward to seeing her again. No doubt to begin new adventures.

My deceased loved ones have all come back to me. I woke up laughing until the tears were running down my face. I dreamt of the funniest occurrence that my brother and I had experienced. Later that night I woke up and my brother was standing in the doorway. He said, "HI, Annette". Then he disappeared. My uncle who was mentored by Houdini came to me in my dreams twice in a row. I kissed him on the cheek each time, and then he disappeared. My other brother, who always owned a hog, came to me shortly after his death. In life he had a Harley, an Indian and a fully dressed Honda. While riding in the hearse after his funeral, 3 white motorcycles drove past the hearse one at a time. After returning to our home I mentioned this occurrence. Nobody else saw the motorcycles! My brother told me he would return to let me know there was an afterlife. After my sister supposedly committed suicide she called out to me in a loud, booming voice. I was only 17 years old at the time and it scared me. I ran out of the house and was never alone there again. YES! There is an afterlife. There were other occurrences, but these were the most outstanding. _

I'm afraid they can't communicate you but nobody ever dies your soul or spirit leaves your body and continues life as another creation most probably in another time lapse but different frequency to you

I'm afraid when a love one passes ,they will have no knowledge of you they just take on another form another time on a different frequency to you it's your brain that holds your memories and you don't take that with you but hold one thought you never die

shortly after my wife died, i felt a body was touching mine. i felt lips on mine but i couldn't turn my head to see who. i had to get and go the the bathroom. as i did i could still feel the pressure on my lips. was that her or was it just a dream? i talk to her everyday, she's been gone 19 years, but haven't felt her since.

My grandson did twice.

3 weeks after my moms passing i could actually hear her voice calling my name when i transitioned in and out of sleep, for about 2 weeks and then it stopped. Why can't i hear her now?

I lost a lot of family members. You I basically have my brothers besides their children and my husband and children. My parents often try to communicate with me but I refuse to speak to the dead. It hurts way too much
