I mean I certainly believe in job security, but to suggest ticketless tech is a bad thing is pretty old man yelling at cloud like. There will still be places for customer service staff, V line should offer more internal job vacancies such as in other admin or customer service roles. Still don’t know what they want out of this strike other than outright not introducing ticketless tech? They need to have some more specific negotiations if they want to be successful. Otherwise they can just all quit and Vline will happily employ new part time staff.
