It's always a matter of wearing luck gear and being left alone while my monster turkey leg counts down and running around 45% luck or running flagged in PVP gear at 10% and constantly having to stop for combat, possibly die and have to back track on route and not burn a turkey luck meal. For me time and efficiency is more important. The more chest you hit in a certain time frame is greatly increasing your chances. Running full luck gear not flagged has gotten me a lot of great drops including 2 loaded dice in the same hour.

I know this might get flak but I think there should be auto flagged zones with some kind of in game incentive like more rare nodes or even an extra 5% luck

So 2 questions please! Opening chests after an m10 with a luck set, gives more gold items it seems? Also how does luck affect the golden scarab's drop rate? Thanks!

Major loot luck trophies provide 1.5% luck each, not 15%. With 3 major luck trophies you get 4.5% additional luck

Is there any actual Ironman mode or just a self imposed

few bugs you need to note. all shield stats does not apply to luck when you loot chests or gather, it's a known bug since launch still not fixed. try looting an elite chest hit "K" to open stats while looting and watch shield stats magically disappear during looting or gathering. 2nd known bug amulet luck gives your negative luck, you'd think this would be easy fix but still not fixed.

As much as that calculate pulls some of the nwdb data its incorect, it does not Work as intended as when devs buffed default luck you will actually notice a în crease în grey green and blue itema with max luck and a increase în legendary drops names items and rare mats like shirking vines with a lower luck combo. Easiest to test îs clean out 2 3 citire and go do chest runs 1000 per week în brimstone and then ases the value. Most video back this that IT does not Work as intended și ce its spaghetti Code the devs dont know how it works, only how it should Work.

They removed luck bonus for flagging. You no longer get 10% luck bonus. You can hover over the Flagged Icon on your screen and it shows you the PVP bonus is no longer there. There is only a 10% XP bonus.

I don't think you understand random at all. If you take a million people and tell them to each flip a coin 10 times. Then you get a distribution of 50% heads and 50% tails, but what you horrible mistake for reality is that EACH PERSON does not get 50% heads and 50% tails. Some get 100% heads some get 100% tails. I'm not actually sure of the math to calculate how many will get 5 tails and 5 heads, I know if you gather data on the average person in the world, you will find that there is ZERO average people in the world, NO ONE perfectly fits the average data. So a 20% or 28% chance is the same difference for me, it might end up being a 1 in a million chance for me or a 100 in 100 chance, because I'm not a statistic distribution, I'm an individual. What MATTERS is getting enough luck to make the item drop, that is where math ends and reality starts. If I could get 10% more damage (Something I get 100% of the time) or 100% drop chance (Something I get 100% of the time), then we can play the numbers. 20% or 28% is too little for me to roll enough to create the perfect statistical distribution!

New World Luck = Diablo Magic Finding but new world named drop are doodoo. So global luck is 100% useless. Expensive crafting mods (freedom, ref moves, shirking fort) are not effected by luck

Too big of a time waste. Could easily turn a 15 farm route into an hour of frustration.

And then comes someone to kill you while you're in gathering gear... No thank you. I rather invest into luck gear than waste time in pvp

This is the reason many people like myself will not give New World a chance.

The whole concept that you need to flag for PvP to get increased luck, might just be the dumbest and least logical idea ever by developers.

You don't get a luck bonus from Flagging anymore. They removed it. I get wanting more open world PvP, but this clickbait shit is not the way to do it.
