YES he is, and yet HE DOES NOT EVEN LOOK TOUGH. He's a MOST PRIME example of how looks can be deceiving.

@@user-vv9np5iq7n idk man. That nose, and especially those ears, say a lot. If I saw a man of virtually any build who had his head/face injuries, I would regard him more carefully than otherwise.

@@BuddyLee23 I think the main thing is is that he has a very friendly looking face. He looks like your average business man or school teacher. He doesn't look mean like Lee Morrison does...BUT...Geoff is definitely just as dangerous and tough.

Wow, Geoff really brought back some memories for me. I trained in Shotokan by Andy Sherry, Bob Poynton, and Frank Brennan in their Liverpool club. Master Keinosuke Enoeda used to come over to dish out the Dan grades. It was pretty tough. But, as Geoff states, the style was not great for 'In Your Face' combat. I also moved into the Judo arena. But, it all helps, I guess. :-)

It seems strange having doubt and fear at the pre fight situation and not wanting to fight. And when you pass the initial fear and have a few fights under your belt you decide you don't want to fight.

Wow after 45 years of my life now I have some answers to my nightmares , since I was young , I’m a 50 year old Hispanic male , wich loved Martin arts but cause of the major chronic anxieties at a young age and even being raised under a narcissistic Religious mother full of fear and torment aswell from y own father , these poisons are the major contributing factors that have left me a mess .. Not to mention the emotional abuse at home since I was little.. it left me a chronic mess .. I’m surprised he don’t mention anger , so then anger is not a poison ?

Why do we feel fear? Simple it's a built-in subconscious protection system.
