Am owning 2018 ford aspire as well as a tata punch till now i don't face any issues on service and spare aspects from ford even though after their exit. Whereas the in house brand Tata's service centres are worst comparing to ford from my personal experience.
We own 2 Ford cars and there is absolutely no issue in spares. We still service them at Ford service center as usual with Ford price promise rates. Ford is unlike GM who left customers in dark while GM left India. Ford ensured service support to customers for next 10 yrs and even last month service experience at a tier 2 city was great.
I see they miss the opportunities … few examples Fiesta was one of the successful model, they brought the next version in all countries and not in India with Diesel engine .. EcoSport was the first mini SUV, but where is the upgrade .. facelift won’t work for long time .. Figo was super dooper hit .. what they did to retain the one of the top selling car list … Poor strategic planning and long term vision hurt them badly ..
Bro try to do in-depth market analysis Before briefing the content!! Since I own ford car from 2017 to till now I know how the service from ford dealer ship !! They doing very well in service and their part support and warranty support are very good till now , parts availability is very good till now! Especially in cost wise the service cost of ford cars like new gen figo and new ecosport is very low when compared to other brand! Till now they are give extended warranty packages and service packages in a reasonable cost ! So try to give a realistic content!! There are ecosport communities and ford lover communities in social media where ford use to send some gifts for members every year till now !!

1:51 1:51 1:52 1:54 now i think 90 percentage and above. No other brands is not providing. But now also from last November 2022 there is a not a huge sales volume of passengers car. Maybe Belta rebadge or Sunny relaunch or Tigor or Xpres T EV or Aura or maybe any other if they provide its very needed now
I really don't know about fiat and mentioned brands spare parts availability. But currently ford's spare parts are available. Fyi i am using ford and faced spare parts replacement. I get it in 2 days and my friend also having the same feedback. Ford promised for 10 years of availability. But i don't even believe 10 years may be 7 years for sure. And one more thing recently they opened up additional one year extended warranty as well, my vehicle already have 5 year warranty but they are providing another one year paid extended warranty.
Hello brother, Not sure why you have posted this video now. I remember that, you have already mentioned ford india exit in some shorts video. Please don't create a panic situation among the ford owners. I am using Ford ecosport for the last 4 yrs. Few months back I have replaced my instrument cluster (25k worth) under warranty for free and extended my vehicle warranty for another two years. I am getting a good response from Ford service centres both from Chennai and my hometown. Too add, ford motors had sold many cars in India. Considering the volume of cars that was sold in India, spares will be available for another 5-7yrs. Agian it depends on the existing owners. Also, compared to other brands ford is providing good response to customer queries and good service.
I am not 100% sure on FORD strategy but high return to India for EV cars. We can't say anything unless otherwise Ford selling Maraimalainagar plant. They deny to sell plant land, assets and consumables. Means they might take break, may be come back, again depends on INDIA + US POLICY
Ford technology and build quality are better than Japanese and Koreans but the marketing team is working in favour of Toyota. Ford endeavour for Toyota fortuner. Ford should introduce their 7 seater galaxy to take on Toyota Innova instead of introducing their Mustang they should also introduced their Ford raptor 150 truck

@rrkatheer thanks bro, I can't afford more than 1.5 lakhs also than I no need to spend too much amount in car purchasing just occasional use only rare use. Alternatively I like to purchase 1. Honda City 1998 to 2003 model I love these models shape design and everything. 2. Accent petrol 3. Esteem petrol or santro below 1.5 lakhs Pls suggest me
Ford failed to give facelift for their cars - Ecosport, fiesta, Aspire. Manufacturers doing business in very competitive market like India should be aggressive with more value to customers, affordable pricing, mileage, consistent innovation etc..also those who own ford cars now will have to face loss in resale value when they try to dispose in future irrespective of car conditions
@@albertdevadoss6027Are you a Ford hater? We can't sell our dream cars for a cheap price. When compared to other brands Ford provides good service. Lakhs of Ford cars are running on the Indian road, so we don't need to worry about spares for atleast another 5 yrs. We love our cars and until they officially close the service centres we will enjoy our drive.
Please speak the hidden truth of GM Motors - Chevrolet, Ford & other brands - exit from India (Hint : Modi government) The sad thing is many other companies are planning close their companies in India
