@@vp-lv6yk no they don't, I am not generalizing everyone but in South it's more common due to close pilgrimage, clan deity and village deity worship culture. Also they know why they are doing things albeit with a few flaws in reasoning. True though people from gen z who are more interested have better organized and we'll informed knowledge and reasoning of things but things like context does matter a lot and for that we cannot understand it through any textual scriptures or make that up with our own mind this is where our previous generations come in

The only constant is change. Yeh Geeta me bola gaya hai. Every generation will be different from the previous one. That is natural. This is evolution in action. If there is any problem with the genz, it is not their fault. But a result of bad / inefficient parenting. Which is also normal. But all normal thing is not good. We need to change the way we think. As an early Gen-Z I've only observed that the generations that precede us, especially Gen-X have a lot of unresolved generational trauma and an extreme lack of self awareness. They're too egoistic and hate to admit their own wrongs. Boomer and GenX men have been busy trying desperately to be the patriarch of the family while the boomer/Gen-X women keep propagating the patriarchy and speak ill of any woman who doesn't live by the patriarchal norms. While Gen-X are better than boomers in terms of dealing with generational trauma, patriarchy, relationships and parenting challenges; there's still a significant amount left to be sorted out. One thing I like about Gen Z is the fact that they aren't willing to work in their workplace beyond their working hours. It's great and commendable. (I work in Indiapost and I don't stay in office beyond 6pm even if asked)

Gen-Z can do Smart work but will never do Hardwork as millennials and boomers did. AI is a their biggest threat and they will loose against AI. Getting jobs in the future is Very Very difficult because of Robots and AI. This is my personal opinion. I feel like there are two parts of Gen Z, the early Gen Zs who were born before 2003/2004 and the late Gen Zs. As technology is moving so fast, it's very hard to categorize an entire generation with that long period. The early Gen Zs got exposed to tech from 12/14 years age at least in India, and and the later one they got exposed to tech from age 5(class 1) and there is a drastic change in their behaviour. While the early Gen Z was interested in tech and wanted to explore and learn more about it, leading the previous generation into a technology world(cause we got a glimpse what was world without technology). The late Gen Z thought it's normal to have technology in hand and think they are the best and older generations don't understand technology. You can find a lot of chapris and tiktokers (from India) from the late Gen Z people while very less from early Gen Z ones

Many of my own benchmates supports Isis and Mujahideens... Many are eager to leave school and join madrasas.. Infact many do still study in madrasas which time frames differs as per the choice and the personality.. If the child is of a rich family and publicly famous well known figure then they won't study there long hardly seven years.. While the poor one studies for life or leave even earlier to join workforce.. The thing is that generalisation is what we do on a daily basis while drafting those huge stacks of data and measure both growth and downfall. . Also generalisation,hate,disgust,fear are also a mode of self-protection.. When Europeans do that to Indians I hate them coz actually it stems from Eugenics and colonialism while I also feel relieved coz I don't want my country to be filled up by some rascals of foreigners yeah! White skin is really beautiful but it doesn't mean everyone is beautiful and black looks beautiful too but hey! Beauty doesn't matters coz they're different than us . Or ,I don't want foreign ladies to get into crisis in India. It's like a two-edged sword . U don't know but let me tell you the Propaganda of BBC,DW , Al-Jazeera etc actually helps us to keep those rascals at bay if only the Africans followed the same suite..

What about my type of people who feel that they were born in the wrong generation? Though I am one of the earliest GenZs , but I associate myself more with GenY ( Millennium) . That's why I have no close friends of my age , but I have very good relationship with my elder brothers and I just love to spend time with them. Also my ideals, preferences and qualities are more similar to my previous generation.

I don't agree with the statement that with advancement with technology "work" has become easier. Logically human beings should have been doing easier jobs or lead easier life. But is it so ? Previous generations job may have been hard in terms of physicality or labour they meant something and were fulfilling. And what genz and millenials did may have made work easier, but that doesn't mean people can relax more, but are made to work for longer hours, work is not fulfilling as most are cog in the machine and nobody can see the output of their work generally speaking, and overall balance is lacking.

But the problem is that only a very small oercentage of gen z is actually moving in positive direction. Others lost their way or losing their way. In all aspects. Indian society is wuiet bad it distingushing and adpoting good aspect of something from bad. In the end people misinterpret it and mostly result in a bad outcome. Ill quickly put forth an example. Im frm kerala, like everywhere else in gen z , ( im z and introvert) the number of introverts are all time high. But generally everybody goes out have quiet a bit of friendship, eat a truck load of junk food, not even five percentage are unaware of environment and its protection, despite having faced hige floods and all. Generally very toxic in each words, all kind of crimes, criminalistic campus politics, everything imaginable. ( I dont know about how other states are doing with a large influence of influence of religions. Looks like people are religious, contained therefore, trying out upsc, neet like that ) But here gen z isnt much different to older generations. Some good and quiet a lot of bad things. Drugs and lack of general empathy and situationsl awareness is what dragging the society here.
