The word “triggered” is one of the highest hot-button words circulating through humanity right now.
You can be in a state of comfort, enjoyment, and peace and suddenly, you can feel angry, frustrated, fearful, terrified, shut down, insecure, etc.
Triggered is when you are energetically activated into an uncomfortable response. A surge of fight-flight, fear, frozen…..
Often the triggered response is higher than the experience you are being faced with. The punishment does not fit the crime.
In this video I will talk about why getting triggered on purpose helps you to heal with the right energetic support.

I have so many less triggers now but when I do, I have learned what to do; FEEL it. Communicate and hold compassion for ones self. Remember that others are not out to condemn you, in fact, most are ready to love you. Take the time to face the feeling, breath through it, ground. Find what works for you. Adjust as things change.

Another exceptionally special video, Nancy ❤ As an empath and HSP, I really did battle with so many things throughout my childhood and on into my adult life. The net result of so many factors was a very quiet, withdrawn little girl, with no confidence and no sense of self worth whatsoever. As I look back over the decades now, from the vantage point of my 60s I'm able to see how bit by bit, one small step at a time, things happened that enabled me to understand what was going on inside me and I've since been able ~ with intensive therapy, followed by using the many tools I'd learned to work further with myself towards healing and wholeness. There are so many things that would trigger me in the past which I have been able to lay to rest over time, and now feel deep peace within when recalling them. As I'm sitting here typing this I feel such calmness ~ and an overwhelming sense of GRATITUDE for all the lessons I've learned as well as for those very special "significant others" who have been part of my journey. What's kind of funny is that I AM back in my childhood home --- we moved in 52 years ago when I was 11. Im back home caring for my elderly parents who are 91/90 and I do get triggered very strongly. I'm here to love and heal so my responses to those triggers have to be out of love. Not always easy when I am sleeping in my very own childhood room 🙃

Great video! For me, I've found that often a trigger is really an "ouch". I then recognize the ouch/hurt & then put it aside lovingly until I can process it safely. Often, later I find that that it wasn't a true legitimate hurt, but that it felt that way in the moment. I lovingly investigate now instead of letting it take me down. 💝

Hmm....I just meditated and was pondering why I have been overreacting so easily to situations that are out of my control. I have been pushing myself too hard lately and I am tired, time to slow down. My meditation tonight break calmed my mind and heart rate, and my small dog laid across my lap quietly during my meditation - so beautiful. Thus, your "trigger" discussion is very timely for me. Many thanks....next time I feel panicked I will take some deep breathes and remember the calmness I had after my meditation, and I will keep my daily meditation date with higher-self. ☘️💚☘️

Wow this really spoke to me. An event happened two days ago during a text conversation with two friends. At the time I couldn’t understand why I was reacting the way I had. We were trying to book accommodation for an event we were attending and as the needs of everyone started to complicate the process I just typed “I’m out, this is way too much drama”. As you say the reaction did not fit the situation. The following day as I spoke to one of my friends I began to realize I was triggered by the way I felt during a trial three years before. The drama and trauma of that event was overwhelming. It opened up a flood of emotion and I literally cried myself to the point of exhaustion until I fell asleep. It was a huge release and your explanation was so helpful in understanding what I had been holding onto. Thank you.

OMG. I'm a anger/frustration/dopamine addict. It explains so much. .... At first that news frustrated me (Duh). Now I find it all very funny. 🙂 BTW, thank you for sharing your avalanche experience. Nancy! How come first time I meditated at 71 laying down eyes open within 2 minutes colored lites a mist embracing my face stars on my ceiling moving pics. It was like a welcome home party. After 3 months connection isn’t as strong like frequency ? I tapped into a field it ment the world to me. Please comment can I hire you ! Rachel ❤

I'm interested in the healing process and have seen how people can 'harvest' the stuck energy of a trigger pattern into creativity and inspiration. I like being able to see other people's defensive patterns because right behind that is where the heart is. When we uncover and trust our hearts, life is an adventure....rather than a drag.

This was an extraordinary video that I KNOW is a loving message that I needed to hear. I shared it with my daughter because I know many of my triggers were passed along to her. Nancy, Even though I am probably older than you, your loving energy reminds me so much of my maternal grandmother. She provided the most unconditional love I have ever received. Yes, I know many people helped by this method. I also know that someone can learn this technique but may not have the skills to help someone when they have had life-threatening trauma. So I suggest seeing a skilled therapist who knows this method.
