@@dwightusschrutus what about my comment.. in fact, my comment is the only good comment. No squad depth and mentality let Arsenal down. Both which aren’t directly connected to the coach.
@@codeovercode167man stop begging, arsenal has spent millions also you just spent them on flops like 70m on Pepe almost the same price as haaland. And stop begging squad depth aswell that didn’t stop Liverpool winning every trophy with klopp
arteta could possibly become one of/ the best managers in the world someday. imagine being 2 years experienced in being a head coach and mounting a title charge... although he "bottled it" he is young. 42 years of age. he is younger than by dad...(he is in his mid 40's ) i do belive he has the ability
Just like some people said, Guardiola was getting tired of beating klopp, so he created his own enemy, taught him to be a great manager and gave him his players so that the game become more exciting
My theory is Arteta is like Xavi and coinscidentally Arsenal and Barca seasons are going very similarly. Arteta and Xavi have tons of knowledge about the game, but have no knowledge about handling a dressing room. Everyone follows the manager when the team is winning and feeling well, but when the team enters a bad streak they seem unable to make them wake up and do their thing like before. Pep Guardiola knows about this, he has 15 years of experience already and he has had to deal with superstars, attitudes and morale, particularly in Barcelona where he had to handle a superstar team while being an unknown coach in his first year. Guardiola was a natural at this, but Xavi and Arteta will need to learn it.
I agree and that’s because Pep was a Captain at Barcelona so it’s natural for him and he was loved at barça already. If he had started at the prem instead it would have been harder.
Wenger already prepared Arteta as the future manager when he still a captain on the field for Arsenal. In other words Arteta has all the basic or even advanced knowledge to manage the team or club when he assisting Pep, that's why Pep impressed by him and want him as his right hand.
Arteta can be even more amazing if he stop playing favorites. He keep using GJ, Partey, and Xhaka despite them having very bad form. While Trossard, Nketiah, and Jorginho sits on the bench with a very good form
Arteta still in his 3rd full season as a coach ever!! And have manage 80 points against one of the richest club in the world!! Put some respect to his name and he’s still have long way to go
If arsenal manage so win it this season. It’s arguably one of the greatest coaching jobs in a premier league win of all time. Considering the squad he has vs the squad he’s up against
u stepped a bit too far with the last sentence tho, i dont get it, one guy is 10 years or more on top of the game, another one 1-2years and u dare to compare, what this society has become, sm society
Mostly youngsters isn't really a good team tbh.. Might take awhile to see em crack the code for success.. Surely we will see how they do next year at CL
Pep be like: Winning bonuses has become too easy. I will send some of my best players to other clubs. I will send my assistant to one of our rivals to run them. Maybe that will improve the level of the competition since this German from Liverpool is not coping. And he bloody won the league once again. 5 out of the last 6 editions of the Premier League
